L'hôtel est à proximité du centre ville.
Notre suite junior était spacieuse avec un coin cuisine.

God beliggenhed, ingen parkering, renovering og højlydt værelse.
Pros:

God beliggenhed ift centrum men belastet område.
Aircondition.

Cons:

Ingen parkeringsmuligheder direkte ved hotellet.
Hotellets facade er under renovering og hele huset derfor pakket ind. Det gjorde vi ikke havde noget vindue.
Det er meget højlydt på værelserne hvilket gjorde det svært at sove.

Vicinanza a centro e stazione. Hotel in declino. Molti aspetti da migliorare

Hotel a 8 minuti dalla stazione e una decina dalla porta d'ingresso al centro storico di Monaco.
Pulizia della camera discreta, presenza di oggetti plus, ma a mio avviso inutili: pantofole e spugnette lucida scarpe.
Due bottiglie d'acqua, molto gradite.
Aria condizionata.

Premessa: avevamo soggiornato in questo hotel il 29 luglio 2024, lasciando una recensione molto positiva.
In 2 anni la qualità e i servizi sono drasticamente peggiorati.

1) Sapendo bene che l'unica camera libera aveva due letti separati, abbiamo chiesto in fase di prenotazione di unirli. Richiesta ignorata.
2) Il receptionist è apparso spiazzato dal nostro arrivo: è stato lungamente al telefono con il responsabile.
3) Camera squallida, sembrava una tipica stanza per lavoratori, nonostante il prezzo non "da lavoratori". Le prese vicine al letto erano in realtà delle ciabatte appoggiate a terra. Arredo estremamente spartano.
4) In bagno esistevano due dispenser del medesimo, identico prodotto: "sapone liquido". Per mani, doccia e capelli. Ripeto: sapone liquido. Molto buono, ma almeno un doccia-shampoo nella doccia sarebbe stato gradito, più delle spugnette lucida scarpe.
5) Abbiamo un cane di 15 Kg, pulitissimo e silenzioso. Ci sono stati richiesti 15 euro per notte. Per quali servizi aggiuntivi? Nessuno.
6) Nonostante la vicinanza alla stazione, l'hotel si trova nel quartiere afroislamico. La sera ci si sente "squadrati", i marciapiedi e i dintorni sono sporchi e squallidi. L'hotel, dall'esterno, contribuisce a confermare queste sensazioni.
