Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle sichere Lage und das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Zimmer waren top ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet, sauber und komfortabel. Ich hatte eine Augenentzündung und brauchte einen Arzt. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat mir gesagt, wo ich hingehen kann. Außerdem wurde uns ein kostenloser Late Check-out ermöglicht, da unser Flug erst spät abends ging. Vielen lieben Dank!

The staff was super helpful. The location is not perfect but at least the neighborhood felt okay. The room was quite spacious and well decorated.

Loved the staff, so kind,attentive, and helpful.
The room was nice,nicely decorated, it had everything you need, plus a coffee machine.
The location was good and safe. If something was not working well enough, the staff immediately fixed it. i would like to mention specifically Bernadette, who gave her 200 percent at all times. Tricia,a newcomer also to be is also to be mentioned for her great helpfull attitude , as well.

Cons:

Breakfast was too pricy.

Me gustó mucho el boutique residence, limpio, muy bien equipado, te dan una bebida de bienvenida y te permiten dejar los equipajes después del check out si tu vuelo es mas tarde.
La cama cómoda, la habitación moderna y con todos los que necesita.
Hicimos una sola noche y todo estuvo muy bien

This is a proper hotel, which is not so obvious in Manila.

No lifts - problems when lots of heavy luggage, but the staff is very helpful

Sehr bequemes Bett, schönes Bad und nettes Personal. Das Beste ist jedoch die absolute Ruhe! Man hört kein Straßenlärm, was mir persönlich wichtig war. Ich habe super geschlafen!

Cons:

Es kommt so gut wie kein Tageslicht in das Zimmer. Zudem würde ich jedem Tourist, vor allen Frauen, davon abraten, ab der Dämmerung draußen rumzulaufen, sketchy Gegend
