Wonderful
Pros:

Good! Hotel is located not far from the beach, market and restaurants. The swimming pool is large.
There are 2 breakfast restaurants to choose from internatial cuisine to Indian cuisine.

I booked the grand Bella hotel i arriving e hours early the desk attendant was rude she had a sca on her neck and was horrible i told her I emailed for earlier book in she just pointed to the sign which stated 2 o'clock I tried explaining myself but she was so ignorant. I left the desk cancellation straight away. Got out of the place
Booked a condo instead.
If she was in my country I would have given her a mouthful. Bad manners

Good place for a single person.
Pros:

Location is great to walk to the beach, catch a 10 baht bus or even go to myth night or soi 6. Good pool at the ground level and roof top. receptionist with the name jenny (philipina) was helpful.

Cons:

a better gym, only dumbells are useful. rest of the equipment needs to be buried.

Fine for single males, avoid if single woman or with kids. Blood on sheets, many prostitution.
Pros:

Good location, big pool, pool guy was nice and gives towels, room spacious and fully kitted. Big breakfast with many choices and seemed okay quality. Tasted really good. Big room. Breakfast staff was nice.

Cons:

3 points: 1. Check-in Receptionist lady seemed almost rude for no reason. It doesnt cost anything to say hello/bye/thanks or give any directions to the room. It definitely doesnt seem like she wanted to be there.

2. Blood on sheets but for the rest clean.

3. Due to many indian men and their prostitutes, it feels dirty and shady.

The room itself was definitely cleaned, but there was little blood in the sheets and blankets. Now, I understand white sheets and red blood dont mix well but you need to wash it thoroughly to get it out. Also the fact there was blood on both the sheets and the mattress protector makes it look like the sheets weren't cleaned and the bed was just made. Or else all their sheets have some blood? Either way, it was extremely worrisome, many of the other guests seemed to be russian families or groups of asian men that in the evening bring their prostitutes to the hotel so it feels dirty/shady. Not unexpected in pattaya, but still a vibe i do not want to be in. If you have kids, don't go here. Pay for a better one in different area. And avoid hotels where the q&a is filled with "can I bring guest" it means they are indians looking to bring prostitutes.
