I have stayed at Grand Bella Hotel four times over the past few years, and unfortunately, this was by far my worst experience.
The reception staff are no longer as professional, welcoming, or efficient as they used to be. The service quality has noticeably declined compared to my previous visits.
The internet connection was extremely slow and unreliable throughout my stay, making it very difficult to work or even browse normally.
I also would not recommend booking the hotel with breakfast if you are an Arab or Muslim traveler. The breakfast buffet offers very limited halal-friendly or Arabic-style options, so I found it poor value.
Another issue was that many of the public areas, including parts of the reception and corridors, had an unpleasant odor during my stay, which affected the overall experience.
I sincerely hope the hotel management addresses these issues because this hotel used to be one of my preferred choices in Pattaya, but based on this visit, I am not sure I will return.

Everything, nice check in at arrival and cleaning maid is doing a very good service and friendly ( I had room 1303.

Cons:

More mats necessary at Pool area and there are some very worn out, please replace them urgently.

Pros:

Staff are very kind and helpful.
Room 1303 cleaning was brilliant.

Cons:

Mats for hammock not enough at the Pool and in an unacceptable condition.
This is a must, replaced them.all as soon as possible.

Pros:

It was where we wanted to be & fairly central, this place has most things you need, but it's budget accomodation, the room was basic not fancy. But had a larger fridge & microwave, also some plates & cutlery, I've stayed in many nice hotels before & never had those things.

Cons:

The hotel was a bit rundown down, it could be nice if the place had a few dollars thrown at it, the paints bad, the grounds are badly in need of renovation, pool mats are almost decintergrated., pool towels not too far behind, the breakfast needs to be fixed as it's not proper, the food was cold, overly salty, miso soup tasted like ashfalt, limited selection, we really struggled to eat anything that was OK, sorry guys but you need to fix the breakfast.

The receptionist was very rude. They didn't provide the towel and when you asked them they simply said it will.be available only after 9 AM. They didn't give the basic amenities itself and didn't take any responsibility for their mistake
