Top Lage, sehr freundiches Personal.

Sono stato due volte in questa struttura, se dovessi tornare a Zermatt sicuramente cercherei una stanza ancora qui.
Pros:

Curata e pulita, ottimo connubio tra moderno e alpino. Stanze molto belle.

Cons:

Purtroppo sotto la struttura è presente un bar che causa rumori anche fino a tarda notte. Con le finestre chiuse si sente solo se alcuni avventori esagerano con gli schiamazzi.

Hôtel très bien situé au cœur du village de Zermatt
Pros:

- Très bien situé dans le village de Zermatt (tout est accessible à pieds)
- Personnel arrangeant (nous sommes arrivés après l’ouverture de la réception)
- Jolie chambre moderne et spacieuse pour 3 personnes
- Petit déjeuner est ok (basique mais il a de tout)

Cons:

- Les chauffages étaient beaucoup trop élevés
- Le lit d’appoint est ok pour 1-2 nuits mais pas plus

It is affordable for Zermatt standards. We loved it.
Pros:

Location and the bread in the breakfast (Power bread it is called).

Cons:

Elevator, breakfast is not excellent but good.

Comfortable hotel, well located
Pros:

Location was brilliant just 5 minutes walk from the station. The main shopping and restaurant area is on the doorstep.
Hotel was spotlessly clean and warm with good shower pressure.
The Receptionist was very helpful with finding a Swiss USB adaptor for my phone and with general advice .

Cons:

Managed to get a kettle for the room but there was one teabag provided per day. A more generous allowance would have been appreciated.

The Reception is not staffed after 9pm. A phone number is made available in case of emergency. I tried it to no avail for a housekeeping issue.

Breakfast was adequate for me but maybe less so for a skier who might expect something more substantial.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Elite! Our room had been recently updated and was perfect for our family. The breakfast buffet changed daily and it was a great way to start our day of skiing. The coffee machine was amazing also. And everyone who worked at the hotel was so kind and helpful! And the location was great. It was easy to get to Sunnega to drop the kids at ski school and also get to Gornegratt for the adults to get to the mountain.

Quick overnight.
Pros:

The location is on the limit of a comfortable walk from the train station. The service was great, including leaving our keys to be retrieved when we arrived to an unmanned desk. Check in/out was a breeze. The breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

Some of the Mountain views from the balconies were through gaps in buildings or through trees. Ours from the back of the building was great.
