Pros:

Great suite that comes with everything you'd need: kitchenette, appliances, etc is all well setup. Overall clean, good comfy bed, air con, everything was good. Very responsive 24/7 front desk, daily cleaning, great service.

Cons:

1- There was a slight odor / musty smell coming from the bathroom, as I don't think it was ventilating properly. I'd keep the bathroom door closed and that should keep the smell away from the room. 2 - The location is rather noisy as it's above a busy crossroad, so if you want quite night sleep, maybe this is not the place to be. I'd suggest asking for higher floors, I was on 2nd floor and felt very close to the noisy street. That being said it's close to all touristy spots at a prime location so if thats what you're after, you won't be disappointed.

The area was nice yet noisy at night.

Cons:

Such a disappointing experience, after visiting Istanbul more than 10 times and staying in many hotels this one was the worst by far. There was noise at night and the curtains didn't block the sunlight at all, the worst part was the smell inside the room and in the stairs and the tap water was coming out yellow most of the time and probably was the cause of pimples on my face. In addition to that the room and the bathroom were smaller in reality than the pictures. Finally the staff were friendly BUT they entered our room without asking and on the last day we were asked to move to another room in a different hotel because the police was going to come to check out the hotel but we refused to move and eventually there was no police or anything. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Great staff, nice apartment, excellent location
Pros:

Staff was exceedingly gracious, very helpful, and willing to do whatever necessary to make my stay a happy and comfortable one. Left a bottle of water. And extra towels since it was a double accommodation even though it was just for one person.

Ruim appartement op centrale plek in Istanbul
Pros:

Centrale locatie, uitzicht met balkon op de zee van Marmara, ruim appartement met extra zitbank en evt mogelijkheid tot koken. Schoonmaak tussendoor, fijn personeel, fijn bed en douche is ok! Airco aanwezig

Cons:

5 trappen op, er is geen lift, maar dan krijg je wel dit uitzicht!

A pleasant stay in a good location with helpful staff.
Pros:

Apartment/suite was as described. Convenient location. Mohammad who works there was very helpful and easy to contact. Good experience.

Cons:

Naturally you do get a bit of street noise but I think that’s pretty typical for this part of Istanbul.

Beautiful hotel, would definitely come back for a third stay!
Pros:

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this hotel and would definitely come back for a third time. It’s a very spacious and beautiful room, shower is nice and warm, room was always clean and bed is very comfortable.

L’emplacement était top, quartier populaire typique, 15 min à pied des mosquées connues, bouilloire et thé / café à dispo jolie vue depuis le balcon du 4e étage

Cons:

Très bruyant, les vitres n’isolent pas. Klaxons jusque 1 h du matin puis muezzin de la Mosquée à 5:30…donc il faut dormir entre les 2 ! Mais on s’habitue…

Superbe appartement avec un petit balcon vue sur la mer. Très bien placé, très propre. Staff arrangeant et aidant. Il y a le nécessaire dans la cuisine.

Pros:

The three of us stayed here for six days and stayed in a room on the top floor. We loved the location, it was easy to reach the main attractions, whether by tram or even on foot. We especially loved the view from our balcony, it made every our day in Istanbul even more special. We recommend booking a room on the top floor, it might be difficult to access for those with limited mobility due to the very steep stairs in the building, but for us it wasn't a problem. The room was clean, towels were changed every day.
The stay here was pleasant and atmospheric for our first visit to Istanbul!

When entering the building itself, there was unpleasant smell on the first floor, probably the smell of humidity and laundry
