Pros:

Super Mitarbeiter, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei unseren Anliegen haben diese immer geholfen und es war uns eine Freude in diesem Hotel zu übernachten. Die Zimmer sind groß geräumig und sehr gemütlich, es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und somit war es sehr hygienisch. Ich werde dieses Hotel definitiv erneut buchen wenn ich in Istanbul bin.

The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially the young woman who worked the morning shift and the young man who worked the night shift. The hotel is beautiful, and its location is excellent. The breakfast was good, and they always asked what time I would like to have it. The room was cleaned every day, with complimentary bottled water and all the necessary daily amenities provided.

Cons:

I only have one comment. When I first checked into the hotel, I noticed a few stains on the bed (they may have been permanent and impossible to remove even after cleaning), and I also found a few hairs on the bed sheets. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I had a very pleasant stay.

Bardzo, bardzo udany pobyt.
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w zabytkowym centrum, 200 m od tramwaju. Wszystkie główne zabytki w odległości krótkiego spaceru (500 do 800 m). Dodatkowo dwie tanie jadłodajnie w pobliżu, jedna przy samym hotelu, druga troszkę dalej. Hotel świeżo wyremontowany, nowoczesny wystrój, wszystko nowe bez śladów zużycia. Wystrój łazienki super. Pokój sprzątany codziennie, czystość bez zarzutu.
Śniadanie serwowane, można powiedzieć kontytnentalne - tureckie, bardzo dobre..

Wszystko znakomicie. Nie widzę niczego do poprawy.

Bon petit hôtel, mais le ménage et le petit déjeuner pourraient être améliorés.
Pros:

Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié dans cet hôtel, c’est son excellent emplacement, ainsi que le fait qu’il soit neuf.Nous souhaitons également remercier tout particulièrement Ahmed, à la réception, qui nous a beaucoup aidés pour toutes nos demandes. Il a toujours été très poli, attentionné, chaleureux et disponible.

Cons:

Ce que nous avons moins apprécié, c’est la qualité du ménage. La femme de ménage changeait les serviettes et les chaussons, mais elle ne passait même pas l’aspirateur. La chambre restait donc parfois un peu sale.

Les équipements étaient également assez limités. Notre compagnie aérienne ayant perdu notre valise, nous sommes arrivés très tard dans la nuit sans brosse à dents ni dentifrice. Lorsque nous en avons demandé à l’hôtel, on nous a répondu qu’ils n’en avaient pas. Il serait utile de prévoir quelques produits de première nécessité pour ce genre de situation.

Enfin, le petit déjeuner était exactement le même chaque jour, sans possibilité de choisir. C’est dommage qu’il ne soit pas proposé sous forme de buffet à volonté.

后面如果会再来伊斯坦布尔，我还是会选择这家酒店！

这家酒店非常好，装修非常现代化，我很喜欢，住的很舒服！离地铁站、电车站都很近。楼下有很多便利店餐厅。走路15分钟就能到老城区各个景点。经理女士特别耐心、热情，遇到的问题全都帮我们妥善解决了。
还有不小心在房间里遗落了现金，经理帮我们很好地收起来了。特别感谢她！

Pros:

Posizione molto centrale e strategica per visitare le attrazioni principali. L'albergo è curato e si trova in una via non trafficata nonostante sia in una delle zone più centrali di Istanbul. Abbiamo anche prenotato una crociera sul Bosforo direttamente tramite con la struttura.
