Все великолепно.
Pros:

В отеле все было отлично! Чистота и удобство кровати, месторасположение, тишина в номере; Шаговая доступность до основных достопримечательностей.

Cons:

Не удобный стул в номере. Слишком низкий. Но это никак не влияет на высокую оценку проживания.

Pros:

Нам очень понравилось пребывание здесь уютная атмосфера, чистые номера, смарт ТВ, удобное расположение, все было в шаговой доступности, в отеле и очень вежливый персонал.
Отдельно хочу поблагодарить Ахмета за его внимательность, доброжелательность и помощь во всех вопросах. Благодаря ему наше пребывание стало еще более комфортным и приятным.
Сервис на высшем уровне, чувствуется забота о гостях.

One of the best hotel experiences, amazing!
Pros:

The hotel was truly amazing in everything. The staff was lovely, especially Ahmet who has supported us with a lot of things we needed, advice about locations to visit and others. The rooms have been cleaned on a daily basis and bedding and towels changed also. Location wise is also great, very close to the popular places and easy to walk everywhere you need. Great restaurants around. We couldn’t have had a better experience and honestly, it was the best experience we have ever had from a hotel. We definitely recommend it to everyone .

嶄新的房間很舒適，會每天打掃及補備品。飯店人員雖看起來酷酷的，但很樂於提供協助，訊息也回覆很快。離輕軌站走路五分鐘，鬧中取靜很讚！

Хороший бюджетный вариант, чтобы остановится на пару дней
Pros:

Расположение отеля отличное, до всех основных достопримечательностей можно добраться пешком. Также рядом есть трамвай и метро. Номер обставлен достаточно современно. Очень приветливый персонал, ребята старались помочь в любой ситуации и в случае каких-либо проблем очень быстро всё решали.

Cons:

Номер очень маленький, нет никакой даже минимальной прихожей, приходится снимать обувь прямо возле кровати. В номере было не очень чисто. Матрас, подушки и одеяло были в каких-то пятнах и волосах. Кажется, что за 5 ночей проживания постельное белье не менялось ни разу. Неудобная система завтраков. Завтрак накрывается для каждого индивидуально и о времени нужно договариваться накануне на рецепшене. То есть у гостя нет варианта утром проспать или позавтракать пораньше. Завтраки однообразные, без возможности выбора. В случае размещения на 2-3 ночи пойдет, но на более длительное время - надоедает.

Comfortable and peaceful stay at Erba was pleaseant and happy.
Pros:

The place is located really conveniently, it’s literally five minutes walk from Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque so that’s great. Room was clean and the bed comfy, the wifi has strong signal. Generally the whole place is new or maybe was refreshed lately because its visibly in very good shape, the elevator is shining gold like a million dollar 🤩 The breakfasts are tasty, well recommended to book stay with breakfast. Also, room service was done everyday. Owners are friendly, will always find time to have a chat with guests and give some tips regarding the local attractions and places to visit. They will do anything to help you and make sure your stay is comfortable.

Cons:

Find it difficult set up air conditioning in my room, it was also a bit noisy at nightime, but Im not complaining as It was entirely my choice I did not ask owners to fix it for me. Maybe in other rooms jt was working well.

Pleasant stay at good location
Pros:

Location is great, neat tram station and many tourist attractions.
Staff (Mr.Ahmed) was very kind and helpful.
Room and amenity are great and clean.
Breakfast also met our expectation as a local style.

Cons:

I will recommend only to change a bath soap bar to gel (more easy to use) and add some heating facility to bath room (quite cold compare with bed room)

Very nice comfortable big room. Great shower. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, Turkish tea on arrival. Communication before the stay was good. They did us a great bread, meats, cheese and spreads breakfast each morning. The location was perfect. Close to the blue mosque area and the grand bazaar, and also near lots of restaurants and cafés. Would stay again.

Pros:

Convenient location for tourist stuff.
Staff friendly but couldn't speak English very well.
Quite clean

Cons:

Considering hotel is still quite new some things were already broken and not fixed well. The bed side light was held in place with sticky tape for example.
Cleaning staff didnt just cleaned the room but touched and moved all my things. Even closed up my suitcase which was lay on the floor and stood it up in another part of the room. Too much invasion of privacy
