Disappointed but would return if security was rectified

Close to everything, bed was good, cleaning staff excellent

Cons:

No security box in room or reception. The security boxes at Reception were not available because previous clients, customers had stated items were taking from the Reception security boxes. Reception told me that security cameras don’t work and there were no working security cameras overlooking the security boxes and this is why bad staff were able to steal from the Reception security boxes.
Reception staff don’t speak English, luckily Ying is Thai.
Bed and headboard very squeaky
No spoons or tea or coffee in room.
Breakfast was ok but better options available in a majority of hotels, I’d score breakfast 6.5 out of 10.

Понравилось соотношение цена качество. Отзывчивость персонала

Cons:

Не понравилось то, что территория вокруг была не убрана, а некоторые участки отеля выглядели как заброшенные. Было много муравьёв в номере.

Pros:

Das Zimmer für 2 Personen war perfekt, der Balkon zwar gar klein.
Das Hotel und Umgebung war sauber und gut unterhalten.

Cons:

Es wäre wünschenswert, dass die Speisekarte auch abends genutzt werden könnte (nicht nur bis 14:00)
