A Wonderful and Welcoming Stay in Ljubljana
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Salmic in Ljubljana. Everything was excellent: the room was very comfortable, clean and well maintained; the breakfast was very good; and, above all, the hospitality was warm, welcoming and very personal. It is a charming, family-like hotel where you truly feel at home. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay there again.

Great location and accommodation and very friendly staff.
Pros:

The hotel is located only a short 5 to 10 minute walk from the old town centre. Initially we were shown to an older style room but they changed us to a room in the new section which was better and very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were good out on the terrace.

This is not a full service hotel but a very, very good bed and breakfast with rooms as good as any hotel.

Cons:

Daily room cleaning was not completed when we returned from exploring maening we had to wait outside for it to be completed, otherwsie we were completely satisfied with our stay.

Pros:

Ein kleines und sehr schnuckeliges Hotel mit wenigen Zimmer. Die Lage ist perfekt, in 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum und bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Mein Zimmer war sehr ruhig, die Betten hervorragend. Zum Frühstück gibt es die Auswahl zwischen verschiedenen frischen Eierspeisen (Omlett, Rührei, Pancakes, Spiegeleier). Mein Tipp: Getrüffeltes Rührei!

Die moderne Ausstattung unseres Zimmers, die zentrale Lage, der hauseigene Parkplatz im Hof und die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeberin.

A quiet, peaceful hotel
Pros:

The hotel felt very homely, it was nice not to be in a chain hotel. The location of the hotel was good, it is about 10 minutes walk down to the river and the main part of Ljubljana but it was nice to stay away from the centre. The aircon in our room was very efficient and the room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good.

Cons:

We were never quite sure when the hotel bar was open. There were a couple of little windows in the room that had no blind or curtain. We solved this by hanging towels over them but providing a blind would be good.

Einfach perfekt
Pros:

Gute Lage sehr Nahe am Zentrum. Sehr gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz gegen Gebühr im Innenhof. Schöne Zimmer. Das wohl beste Frühstück auf unserer Motorradrundreise. Freundliches Personal. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sogar beim buchen einer Vignette behilflich - dafür ein herzliches Dankeschön. Für uns war alles perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pros:

Petit déjeuner copieux et très frais. La chambre était grande et très confortable (notamment la literie). situé à deux as du centre-ville.

Cons:

Le prix du parking qui nous a poussés à chercher ailleurs (avec succès !)

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Family-owned hotel with neat story of restoration to family after independence. Location convenient to walking to bus station (10-15 minutes) and to river (5 minutes). Very clean. Well appointed and modern rooms. Wonderful breakfast buffet with eggs to made-to-order. Staff very helpful and friendly.
