Insgesamt sehr gut, komme nächstes Mal wieder wenn ich nach Ljubljana muß.
Pros:

Frühstück gut und ausreichend, gute Auswahl, Zimmer großzügig bemessen, sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, die Lage für mich excellent, wenige Schritte zu Fuß zur Staatsoper, Parkplatz im Innenhof, super.

Cons:

Nur eine einzige Sache, die ich schon angemerkt habe und die vom Haus verbessert wird: der Duschvorhang im Badezimmer... hat aber mit Anpassung zu tun und wird verbessert.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal da. Die Freundlichkeit und vor allem auch die Flexibilität werden uns auch im nächsten Jahr wieder hier herkommen lassen.

Central, and the initial staff was pleasant and understanding

Cons:

When we arrived I informed the staff we needed to leave during the night when the reception is closed. I was told that it was no problem, that there would be someone there to help us order taxi and make us a something to eat. When we left the room to check out, there was nobody there, so I called the hotel with the caller outside the reception, and I was told I was supposed to check out the day before because the reception is closed now. The last thing she said was that it was inappropriate for us to call them now. So we had to leave without checking out. Confusing communication to say the least.

If we return to Ljubljana we will stay here again.
Pros:

Kind, helpful, friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Clean and comfortable room.
Location to City centre was a convrnirshort walk.
