Would be back again! It was a warm stay with all the amenities that we were looking for.
Pros:

We loved that it was right on the beach in the heart of Puerto Morelos. All the rooms face the beach so the sunrises are amazing! They have lounge chairs with Palapas. The rooms were comfortable, the beds were comfy, the pillows a bit too soft for me. We had two rooms for a party of 8 guests. The staff was helpful and there is a restaurant next door within the hacienda. They also let us drop off our luggage before check in.

Cons:

Needs conditioner not just shampoo.

Cons:

Le personnel peut être plus souriant, couloir sale et pas une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre le stricte minimum.

Pros:

It's truly beachfront, and just 1 minute from the city square. The rooms are comfortable and clean. However, the restaurant is outstanding. If incredible seafood is your thing, it's so fresh and well prepared here - practically tableside and practically oceanside - it's delightful. Meals became multi hour affairs. Soaking in the view, the breeze and incredible dishes.

Cons:

There really wasn't anything to dislike!

Pros:

Bien localisé, devant la mer.

Cons:

Chambres mal équipées. Très mauvais éclairage. Personnel de qualification inégale.
Beaucoup de sargasses sur la plage. Les sargasses sont simplement déposées à quelques mètres plus loin, en tas. Or les sargasses émettent un gaz toxique inodore, le H2S.

Pros:

Very clean, comfortable, great location, nice beach and pool.

Cons:

Could have used more towels. One towel each and no wash cloths. Had to buy a couple. Tried to stay out of the room so housekeeping could come in. Did not happen till 4 pm. Did not do housekeeping every day. Just twice during our stay.

It exceeded my expectations!
Pros:

Staff friendly, location was perfect, access to beach great and view was AMAZING!

Cons:

Housekeeping didn’t come until 4p daily was my only complaint since that was the time we wanted to come back to room to relax. We were on the 3rd floor.

Pros:

Stayed here for a few days on a friend's recommendation and it was the perfect place for us. Right on the beach - we had a balcony looking onto the sea - but also walking distance to lots of good restaurants and shops. The staff were really helpful and there is an on-site dive shop that runs snorkeling and diving trips to the offshore reef. The restaurant is also very good, both for food and for cocktails! We will definitely stay here again.

Location was good, but i think you could get the same for less money elsewhere.
Pros:

The Beach was small, but nice and sandy and clean and the location was nice. There was supposed to be free coffee in the morning but we went down at 8:30am to get coffee and we were told they had already made 2 pots and weren't making any more that day. So that was weird.

Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable, the pillows were not actually pillows they were cloths shoved in a pillow, The main reason why we chose this hotel was because of the beachfront and the balcony on the hotel, we knew the rooms were going to be a downgrade compared to the resort we stayed at previously but we figured it would be ok with having a nice balcony to look at the ocean. We arrived and our room did not have a balcony at all, it was terrible and dark, there were windows at the front of the room but you could only see out of them if you were standing up. Very disapointing for the money we paid!! The bathroom was subpar and the shower did not even have a proper stream of water that you could stand under to get washed and rinsed off. The restaurant was nice as it was over looking the water and the boats that were anchored so it was pretty, and the food was good, although pricey. I would not return to stay at this hotel, i'm sure there are better options out there. I would just go and visit it to enjoy the restaurant and the views.

Great location in Puerto Morelos. Right on the beach with restaurants all around. It is definitely a 3 star so don’t be expecting anything fancy or extra amenities. That being said we enjoyed our stay
