People are very hospitable and care about your safety and wellbeing. Nimet (owner) met us at the bus station, and drove us to the apartment, which was very helpful considering the rainy weather and protests in the city.
He gave me info on restaurants nearby and was always accessible.
The apartment is super clean and freshly renovated, and has all the necessary things in it. It has a home-like environment. The supermarket, which located under the apartment belongs to them as well, so it is very convenient.
Everything was perfect. The location is near the bus station and the surrounding environment might not be interesting for tourists (car repairing, etc.), but it takes around 15 minutes by bus to get to the city. So it is well compensated. And there are a very good fish restaurants in a walking distance.

Ina was very friendly and even welcomed me to the flat with very fresh fruits. The flat was very clean, and the furniture was new. I loved my stay and highly recommend staying at this place.

it was comfortable; complimentary fruit and water was a nice touch :)
since it is a shared apartment (with your own bedroom and ensuit bathroom), other guests were smoking and it smelled in the hallway. thankfully the smell did not enter our room.

Der Vermieter und seine Frau haben uns sehr geholfen egal was wir sie gefragt haben. Unterhalb der Unterkunft befindet sich deren Supermarkt in dem man alles für super Preise findet. Ich kann jedem empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu buchen!

Apartmán je v centru města, takže byl slyšet hluk z ulice, ale s tím se v centru hlavního města musí počítat.
I had a wonderful and pleasant stay, and everything I needed was there for me. The host was kind and welcoming. The flat was renovated to a high standard, and felt secure once you entered the building. If you’re planning a trip to Tirana, I’d recommend staying with them!
The internet in the room was patchy, and the boulevard and the car wash outside were very noisy, so it might not be the best choice if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay. However, everything else was awesome, as I said!

We had a fantastic stay! The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, they made everything so easy, including key collection outside of normal hours. We arrived to find fresh fruit, water, and coffee waiting for us, which was a lovely touch. The rooms were modern, clean, and very well set up; everything we needed was there, including laundry. They were also very flexible with check-out and stored our luggage until our departure time. We really appreciated the plan they provided with suggestions for exploring the city, it helped us make the most of our visit. The location couldn’t be better, just a stone’s throw from the town centre. Highly recommended!

The place is extremly clean and modern. It has a very good matress. They left coffee, fruit, bottles of water, etc, as gratitude.
They organized a taxi for us to the airport. We didnt have any more local money for the taxi and they organized everything so taht we could pay the taxi with our credit card. I can only recommend this place.
The Rora studio is really amazing, cozy desingn, lots of equipments.
