Great location. Great beach areas and bars and fantastic restaurants all within easy reach.
Pros:

The location was perfect for our stay with friends and family. We did not use the pool as the weather was a little under par but it looked lovely. The beds in the apartment were extremely comfortable and we were lucky enough to enjoy a lovely top floor patio area too.

Cons:

The apartment was a little tired but sufficient for what we needed. The bathroom, especially the shower needed updating.

Pros:

Lovely little complex, well kept and clean. Lovely pool bar run by a very friendly woman, good food and drink, very reasonable prices. Nice appt with a big sunny terrace. Room kept very clean. Very friendly staff and a lively friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Super Nazaret Sol!
Pros:

A lovely development, very comfortable, friendly staff very eager to please. Well situated, only 10.minute walk to the beach and town centre. Very reasonable prices at the pool bar. Great laundry room.

Cons:

The bathroom window wouldn't stay closed but I noticed that was the same throughout. Just unfortunate the weather was VERY UNUSUALLY chilly. However, housekeeping gave us two wonderfully fluffy blankets. I would definitely go back!

Piscina pulita e riscaldata. Possibilità di usare lavatrice e asciugatrice (a pagamento). Parcheggio sempre disponibile gratuitamente in zona. Vicinanza ad un supermercato. Posizione tranquilla, non distante dal lungomare e dalla zona dei ristoranti e dei negozi

Staff very nice and helpful. Pool area and loungers very nice except when cats went under them.

Pool area and Apartment balcony

Cons:

Apartment needs updating. No electrical socket on kitchen wall. Socket at kitchen table. Wardrobe doors off track when we arrive and musty smell on clothes after being in wardrobe a few days. Shower was on middle of wall in bath with a shower curtain so your back was to curtain with no support. Great there was a washer and dryer but to open sliding door was tough, I had to get help as very old aluminium doors. There are 4 cats roaming the property, they sleep on the sofa in reception every night.

We had a nice relaxing time.
Pros:

Lovely quiet location for elderly people. Brilliant lady in charge of the pool bar, making lovely food. So friendly and interested in the visitors.

Cons:

The walls seem very thin, I could easily here the people talking in the next apartment. Also the winter weather seems colder and wetter than previous visits.

The staff are helpful and friendly. We had a fabulous time.
Pros:

There is always someone at reception. I like that it is secure at night as you need a key to get in. I like also that there is a designated area to laundry in.
I love the pool bar as you really don’t need to go outside the property to eat or drink until the evening.

Cons:

Nothing really.

No extra blanket s cold in room in January had to hire a heater couldn’t have a proper bath or shower no water pressure very dirty in places in room clothes felt damp when taking out of wardrobe no pool view like stated

I enjoyed my stay my comments where given just to improve on certain things.
Pros:

Very clean staff very helpful nice large apartment well equipped.

Cons:

The bathroom shower curtain not suitable fell down twice and bath very small I slipped backwards. Apartment a little tired could do with a makeover. Last comment a blanket would be good very chilly at night.

Pros:

Basic but clean accommodation.

Cons:

Bed wasn't great - had a stiff back every morning, and easy chairs were made for giants.
Location good if you're looking for little Britain, not so good if you want authentic Lanzarote. That's said, we hired a car it was easy to travel to other places in the island.
