The owner was very kind, friendly and pleasant.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The hotel gave an overall feeling of dirtiness. The rooms are clearly outdated and in need of renovation and proper maintenance.
I constantly had to go to the reception to ask for basic amenities that were missing, such as shampoo and toilet paper. Despite being told that daily housekeeping was provided, there was no daily cleaning at all, which is unacceptable.
Parking costs 8€ per day, yet it is simply street parking. On top of that, my car was often blocking other cars, so I had to stay alert in case someone needed to leave, move my car, and then park again. This situation was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable for a paid parking service.
The bathroom heating was not working. The breakfast was very poor, with limited options, and exactly the same every single day.
Overall, the hotel does not offer good value for money. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, misleading information, and inadequate facilities made the stay unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.
