Absolutely amazing
Pros:

We loved our stay. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed by amazing staff. We were given complimentary drink cards which was so lovely. We were travelling with our friends and got the family room with 2 queen beds. The room was fantastic and had everything we needed.
The hotel had 2 beautiful restaurants to choose from for meal options. Location was superb.
The best thing was the staffs attitude.....it can make a stay that much better. Thankyou for your warm welcome and for being so delightful.

Amazing staff, room, and location!
Pros:

Loved our stay at Lorne Hotel! We checked in with Tiffany who made us feel incredibly welcomed, and took the time to ask us about our trip and also recommend some of her favourite spots in Lorne. We took her recommendation on going to Totti’s for dinner and it was amazing!
Really appreciate the effort Tiffany made to make us feel welcomed and enjoy our stay.

There’s no lift.
We were by the car park which was noisy throughout the early hours 2am and 5am noted.

Cons:

You need mugs as well as the small cups in kitchenette.
Feedback on kettle, and most venues are the same. Smaller kettle. Ones that can be filled simply from basins. Couple's rooms don't need large kettle regardless.
