Pros:

First real family trip with the toddler and was a winner: having the bistro AND Totti’s downstairs made it all so comfortable. And being woken up at 6am is pretty good when you have that sunrise pouring in your window (as for room #5).

Really perfect weekend, would recommend Lorne Hotel highly
Pros:

Very good location and really welcoming staff. The rooms being upstairs from the bistro was so helpful, as we didn’t have to drive anywhere to find dinner.
Dinner was really nice as well.

Loved Lorne. Coukd have stayed longer

Upgraded room, drink vouchers.
Easy to find.
Beautiful hotel

Cons:

We had a margarita at the bar during happy hour. Not the best one we’ve had. .

Beds were super comfortable and the location was great

Cons:

The room was in a noisy position. Maybe all rooms are like that as it's an old building. We could hear people coming and going late into the night.

Perfect winter get away.
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent too. A great experience.

Cons:

The only thing I can think of is to have bedside tables both sides, but not sure how you could fit that in the room and I'm only saying it because you have asked. Really it's hard to think of anything to improve the experience we had.

Not worth it, I expected better from Merivale

There was hot water was tepid We couldn’t have a shower as it didn’t even get hot.
The bed was short sheeted
There were no chairs in the room
There were chairs on the balcony covered in mould

Love the location, clean, decor, friendly & helpful staff, conplimentary Italian water, smart Tvs that work well...

Cons:

I found the room became too bright in the morning, a blind behind the curtain or something could help with that.
