Clean facilities but location dodgy and staff very rude
Pros:

Conveniently placed, close to the station and facilities clean.

Cons:

The person at reception desk was having a loud argument when l arrived which was very unwelcoming. They were not able to assist with my over- booking. Not impressed with the treatment received! Location was a little dodgy!

Cons:

Das teuerste und schlimmste Hotel während unserer großen deutschen Umreise. Schmutziger Bodenteppich, gemeinsamer Balkon mit anderen fremden Leuten, man konnte die Balkonstür nicht offen lassen, bei der Hitze ohne Klimaanlage war die Nacht unerträglich. Es kostete 120 EUR fur 2 Erw. mit 1 Kind. Nie wieder.

Cons:

Oda eskiydi ve sigara kokuyordu. Tesisin bulunduğu caddede alkol ve uyuşturucu bağımlıları vardı. 1 gece idare edilebilir. Aile olarak tercih edilmez

Nie wieder in dieses Haus
Pros:

Personal kein Deutsch Putzfrauen auch kein Deutsch zimmer richtig abgerockt bett sehr sehr sehr schlecht kein TV funktionierte nicht überall Wäsche Säcke im haus verteilt und sehr schmutzig solche Unterkünfte sollten auch mal überprüft werden sonst haben sie bald ein paar Kunden weniger

sauber, verfügbar vor check in Zeit,Getränke zum vernünftigen Preis, Personal trotz sprachlicher Probleme bemüht

Cons:

Personal war sprachlich schwach aber sehr bemüht, Matratze Katastrophe, Lautstärke im Umfeld sehr hoch,sehr steiler Zugang ohne Fahrstuhl

Pros:

Location is very close to Hamburg Central Station, the room has a good size with 2 beds (1 double, 1 single) and it was clean.

Cons:

Summer is getting hotter, there is neither air conditioning nor fans.
