Nos pusieron una botella de champán para compensar que la habitación no estaba lista a su hora el día de llegada.

La ubicación del hotel, demasiado lejos de todo. Pero, sobre todo, el excesivo calor de la habitación. No se podía regular la temperatura.

Pues nos partieron la puerta de la habitación, nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación y estando en la habitación nos abrieron la puerta por la mañana teniendo pagado hasta las 3 de la tarde … es una vergüenza que uno pague y te encuentres estas cosas y encima no te den ninguna solución
