Cons:

Les chambres sont datées, la salle de bain avait une odeur d'égout ,baignoire salle. Il y a énormément de nuisance. La clim ne marche pas. le ménage n'est pas fait comme il le faut. Personnellement je n'ai pas aimé du tout.

W pokoju była brudna zapleśniała lodówka i niestety w całym hotelu ciągle śmierdzi papierosami dużo palaczy albo zła klimatyzacja wieczorem duszno bo klimatyzacja się wyłącza

Overall not bad for the price.
Pros:

The staff was nice. The room was well maintained. The breakfast was good! We had a great view of the mountains and city. Overall worth the money.

Pros:

Absolutely lovely, hotel but a bit disappointed with staff

I was booked in for bed and breakfast but unfortunately didn't make it up in time which is fine

But I was in hotel most of day so would of loved to upgrade to all inclusive.....not many of staff spoke good English, all I got was not possible
