Location is close to the mall only walking distance. Have a neighbor laundromat close to condo.
It is more better if the bathroom have a shower curtain to divide the shower and the toilet.

I liked the room really. It was nice and very comfy. Although when I first entered the room, I saw cockroach creeping on the walls and on the floor.
I loved also that they turned on the breaker first before we arrived because personally I don't know how to handle those kind of stuff.
The unit was nice. Clean beddings and towels. They also prepared a guest kit for us.
The utensils were clean and handy the refrigerator was functioning, aircon was great, the dresser was nice. But I just wished that they did not stock up their linens there because it was starting to smell a little off there.
They also have a small vacuum machine there so you don't have to sweep. Complete cooking utensils! I loved how we went looking for the chopping board when it was just right there being placed on the sink 😭🤣

One thing that scared me was the TV bec it already has a line on the screen and I hope the owner would address it before the TV would be damaged.
Loved also the sliding door that is accessible if you wish to eat outside the balcony. Tho' the balcony was small but it was nice. The view from below is the guardhouse.

I would like to suggest to the owner, the staff or to anyone who is incharge to please clean the water bucket and the dipper in the bathroom. It already has a jelly texture and it was just awkward to use it. Thanks!
I'm not really sure what room this is but I loved that room on the 3rd floor. It was very neat and comfy which gave a very relaxing vibe. Not to mention the large size mirror on the dresser. Very fabulous. A bit sad that we only had to occupy the unit for only a night. Hoping to occupy that unit again when we get back to Davao City. :))
Overall, it was a really nice place to stay. Highly recommended.
The bathroom was not I expect it was although it was functional but the water is not too strong so it would take you minutes to wash up properly.
I wasn't really able to enter the room because the unit was intended for the male friends of my partner but I can say that it was awesome and could really accomodate 4-5pax. The unit was clean. I would like to commend also the bathroom bec they provided a liquid soap which I think was a smart move since all you have to do is pump. It's like sharing the same soap without having contact with different bodies. Hehez.
The pool was very accessible and clean and does not have a pungent odor of the chlorine. Very nice! 👍🏻
Overall, we loved how the place was. And we hope to get back again soon.

The water pressure is good. The wifi is fast. The pool is nice. The location is good. You can walk around the downtown area, nearby mall, Poblacion, Uniqlo, and even to Chinatown.
The AC isn’t good enough. It’s too hot especially during the day. It’s better to use a blackout curtain. The kitchen utensils don’t look clean. There’s no place to hang your clothes.

No free parking provided for the guest. you have to pay the parking fee. They initially provided us with a room number, but upon arrival, we were transferred to a different room, which was quite inconvenient for us.
The bed was really big.
The apartment was in bad shape. It looked like it was about to be renovated. The paint on the walls had been repaired, the floor was faulty. The appliances in the kitchen were in very poor condition.
The room was nice, only spent one day there, but I would stay there again, good location, the pool was nice looking, unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to swim. Lots of restaurants and several malls are within a short taxi ride.
I had paid for the room the day before I would arrive so I could check in early, as I needed to hurry to see a doctor for a severe back problem I was having, the room was not ready until after 1:00pm a day later than I had paid to check in. Other than that the staff was nice and accommodating.
