We enjoyed the stay for our overnight trip. Convenient and easy check in. They supply tea, coffee, body wash and moisturiser. Very clean.
It was all new facilities/ newly furbished and everything was carefully thought of and catered for...they even had toiletries and tea/coffee vending machine in the lobby. So we could always grab a drink while we are there...
There's a 7/11 next to the hotel which is more convenient
We stayed in a quadrapule room 2 adults and 2 teens - I'd say it was a little too crammed up for the four of us...
Also we had gone on a 24hrs flight from UK to TOKYO and then straight to Hiroshima...so we were VERY tired with 4 kids in our party...so we requested early check in explaining that...but they were very strict about the check in time...we were literally waiting in lobby until check in time...that was a bit annoying.

Good price, large room, 7 eleven shop in the next building. Ability to leave luggage before check in or after check out. Free coffee in reception area.
Quite hard to find a place for breakfast around the hotel as almost all cafes are to small for 2 families (8 people).
The room was ideal with all the commodities, clean, elegant and spacious. The hotel is well located and the staff is agreable.
We had no interlocutor who was speaking English, which made communication a bit tricky for the parking issue. Regarding the latter, it's unfortunate that you cannot book a parking spot in advance if you're client (first arrived first served).
Decent hotel for the price, they were one of the few that had a room for a family of four. Looked newly remodeled and had coffee, water, tea, and different toiletries in the lobby for guests.
We liked the hotel in general, as well as the room. Only negative point is the ventilation duct that is on the wall just about our heads, sending a lot of cold air on our heads direction.
Easy walk for bus or tram to the station. 7-11 almost next door. Recommend Kokichi for okonomiyaki, just around the corner.
