Great location and very good value for money for those travelling on a budget
Pros:

Very good value for money for those travelling on a budget.
Excellent location - near to Nyugati train and metro station, trams # 4 and 6, and lots of buses.
A short walk to the parliament building, Margaret Bridge and Island and Stephen's Basilica and it's surrounding bars and restaurants - but on a quiet side street.

Cons:

Shower was not very warm.
