The beds were hard. The sheets had stains.
The toilet seat did not fit the bowl.
The dirt was rearranged when they mopped.
The staff was not friendly or helpful.
I had to get a taxi .

Great welcome to Merida minus the small refrigerator.
Pros:

The location was in walking distance to food, the mall, banking, and Oxxo.

Cons:

I requested a refrigerator in my room since I was going to be there over a month. The refrigerator was extremely small, held a few beverages but not much else. I saw images of bigger refrigerators before booking so that’s why I booked this hotel and added a note to be sure I was getting a refrigerator.
