Прекрасная локация и само место. Видно, что с душой всё было сделано. Хозяйка очень милая и добрая женщина :)

В общем одно удовольствие было здесь остаться, даже всего лишь на 1 ночь.

Pros:

The place is very cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. It’s located in a quiet, convenient area within walking distance of the city center. There’s a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable parking space. The room is well-ventilated, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. We were delighted to find fresh fruit waiting for us upon arrival.

Cons:

There are only a few power outlets, and there’s no comfortable space for working with a laptop. The air conditioning was listed but is not actually available at the property.

Pros:

It is like a real home with all the facilities. The owner welcomed us in a really warm way and helped us for using the washing machine. You can also book a tour, the owner can help.

Cozy accommodation and helpful host
Pros:

Cozy accommodation very close to the city center and the central bus station. We especially liked the living room upstairs and the terrace. Our host, Naira, was very kind and helpful during our stay and made us feel very welcomed.

Cons:

We missed having windows in our bedroom, and the mattresses could be more comfortable.

I wanna stay here every time I go to Gyumri!
Pros:

The interior, atmosphere, location was just perfect! Naira is a greate person and host. I loved staying here very much!

Cons:

My room had no window, also I hear when my neighbors above splash the toilet, very loudly. I think I'll just take the room upstairs next time.
