The staff were excellent, super kind, personable, willing to help and assist with anything. The room was very spacious, decorated beautifully and the bed was super comfortable.
The room was tidy and clean overall. And i’m sure for most people it would be sufficient. But as a germaphobe and a bit of a neat freak, there were a couple small areas of concern. The ‘private pool’ which is more of a larger tiled bath had areas where it pooled water and couldn’t be easily cleaned. The grout in the tiles was black in places and upon me cleaning it and wiping it myself seemed to be coming off and staining the wipes black. It is a shame as the area itself would make for a lovely relaxing part of the room. I just feel the design of hundreds of small tiles and grout means you can’t effectively clean it. there was a few other small areas where things weren’t 100% spotters. But as I said this is more of a nit pick and it would likely not be an issue for most guests. I just wanted to mention it if others, like me are a bit more particular about hygiene.

the location and view from the room.reception were very good in calling for taxis
the bed was far too low.The website should mention this.My wife had to sleep on the sofa.Not at all happy with this.There were no instructions in the room or any written information.No instruction on how to operate the safe.No emergency numbers or information on things to do or places to eat etc.Tv didn't work but was repaired after 2 days.The suites are on a very busy main road and hence very noisy
