Nette kamer en een voortreffelijk ontbijt, maar de gastvrijheid en ligging vielen ons enigszins tegen.
Pros:

De kamer was netjes, schoon en comfortabel. Het absolute hoogtepunt van ons verblijf was echter het ontbijt. Dit was voortreffelijk en zeer uitgebreid. Van alle accommodaties waar wij tijdens onze reis door Albanië hebben verbleven, hebben we hier zonder twijfel het beste ontbijt gehad. Dat was echt een groot pluspunt.

De gastvrouw sprak daarnaast goed Engels, waardoor de communicatie met haar prettig verliep.

Cons:

Wij arriveerden ongeveer een uur vóór de officiële inchecktijd. Er werd direct vrij duidelijk gemaakt dat onze kamer nog niet klaar was en we kregen enigszins het gevoel dat men het vreemd vond dat we al eerder waren gearriveerd. Uiteraard begrijpen we volledig dat een kamer vóór de officiële inchecktijd nog niet klaar hoeft te zijn, maar we gingen ervan uit dat we onze bagage eventueel zonder problemen bij het hotel konden achterlaten. We merkten echter dat men dit liever niet had, waardoor de ontvangst niet erg gastvrij aanvoelde.

De eigenaar sprak daarnaast vrijwel geen Engels, wat zelfs bij iets eenvoudigs voor de nodige verwarring zorgde. Toen we bijvoorbeeld een blikje cola wilden afrekenen en vroegen wat het kostte, bleek communiceren zo lastig dat uiteindelijk de gastvrouw erbij moest worden gehaald.

Ook het uitchecken verliep wat vreemd. De officiële uitchecktijd was 11:00 uur, maar om 10:55 uur stond de gastvrouw al voor onze kamerdeur. Hierdoor kregen we sterk het gevoel dat we de kamer zo snel mogelijk moesten verlaten, terwijl we officieel nog niet eens te laat waren.

Tot slot ligt het hotel niet direct in het centrum van Berat. Het centrum is te voet bereikbaar, maar het is nog best een stuk lopen. Wij vonden dat helemaal niet erg, maar dat is wel iets waar je rekening mee moet houden.

Ein tolles Hotel! Wir haben hier 4 Nächte verbracht. Die Gastgeber sind außerordentlich freundlich, die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe und sind vorallem sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist frisch und reichlich. Auch selbstgemachtes Eis vom Inhaber des Hauses kann man sich auf Wunsch holen 🥰 wirklich sehr lecker und ein schöner Abschluss vom Tag!

Man benötigt circa 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis in die direkte Innenstadt, dort findet man alles was das Herz begehrt. Immer wieder würden wir hier her kommen!

Een aanrader om te verblijven
Pros:

Zeer netjes en zeer vriendelijke mensen .
Toffe locatie , gemakkelijk parkeren en als u naar stad wilt enkele meters bij stad direct terug parking. Zouden we 11 punten op 10 kunnen geven doen we het zeker.
