Service was poor.
Given one water bottle free in the room for 5 days stay, then charged for water bottles when I requested
Was lied to so many times and given false and contradicting information.
Room was very very small.

Cons:

The rooms were quite small - there’s no entrance hall or facilities at all - we had to carry heavy baggage up 3 flights of stairs- no breakfast which should be included at the price we paid for a very basic room.( I understand it the old city)

Exzellenter Aufenthalt in perfekter Lage
Pros:

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war schlichtweg hervorragend. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Al-Aqsa-Moschee entfernt. Für mich, die die spirituelle Atmosphäre der Altstadt erleben wollte, könnte die Position kaum besser sein.
Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, respektvoll und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man fühlte sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Der Service war professionell, schnell und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken.
Die Zimmer waren makellos sauber, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckend war die Ruhe trotz der zentralen Lage, ideal zum Entspannen auf dem Rooftop nach einem langen Tag.
Insgesamt ein Hotel, das in jeder Hinsicht überzeugt: Lage, Sauberkeit, Komfort und Service auf höchstem Niveau. Absolut empfehlenswert, ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Overall Good memories from Jerusalem
Pros:

When we arrived to the hotel we’ve noticed that our bedsheets were dirty, with hair on it. It was quite late so receptionist couldn’t change with proper one. He brought the other bedsheets which was worth then the previous one. So this was really bad experience. The other day the cleaning lady has changed our sheets and the hotel management gave us fruit as a complimentary. It was really good gesture from there side

Pros:

Excellent service from front desk staff. Really nice hotel that has been kept well. Brilliant location to get to Masjid Al Asqa within 3 mins walk with no uphill walking.

The location is excellent. It's only a 5 minute walk to Al Aqsa.
The staff were very welcoming, friendly and approachable.
The rooms were comfortable with A/C (cold and heater).
The shower pressure was amazing (rain shower and hand held).
I had a really great time and thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Highly recommend.
There's no lift- this is not a criticism but just to be aware if you are traveling with people who have mobility issues but you can call ahead and request a room on the ground floor instead.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.
