The food was great and the room was apartment style with balcony which is a luxury in Varansi

Cons:

The restaurant service was a bit slow. Waiter took long to attend to us. Not enough toilet paper in bathroom.

The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.

Cons:

The AC was mostly non-functional. It was hot, and a non-functional AC spoiled the resting periods at night.
Also, its location is way too far from the city. You need to travel at least 4/5 KM to go to see any place, if you are travelling for tourism.

Bed linen was not fresh which is unacceptable.

Cons:

The food service and service along with restaurant services was so poor and no one there for orders, bringing the food we waited for atleast 20 mins for the bill also

Pros:

The location was ideal- away from the madding crowd but central to the city center and accessible to the major centers of prayer. The Hotel Manager Bharat was excellent in attending to our needs- Thank you, Bharat.
The meals on the Menu were Brilliant

Cons:

The Safe requires some maintenance, and the room cleaning staff needs to improve.
The room needs its own microwave.

Happy with our Stay at Coco Cabana
Pros:

Property is neat and tidy, well maintained. Spacious rooms. Staffs are polite and cooperative. They serve veg Food only. Limited options in the menh but the food tastes good.
