Excellent hotel in Varanasi! The hotel staff are extremely helpful even before your check in. Reception staff Manesh and other male staff in reception gave me warm welcome. Also staff in the Kitchen and room service are so well mannnered! I have to say the F&B in hotel is actually very good so I didn't use a lot zomato. The Shahi Paneer is so tasty! You have to try. I told the staff no salty no spicy and they perfectly fullfilled the request. Excellent! The facilities is new. They have strong hot water shower and cold AC. Perfect for Varanasi summer. The housekeeping team is also very deligent, they clean everyday so the hotel is neat and tidy.

I found the best thing about the hotel is that they really check on the comment and improve from there. Now the road previously mentioned is perfectly fixed. The breakfast is abundance with many variety. Have indian choice as well as continental cereal and toast and fruits. I found having breakfast a great delight every morning!

The rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable. The staff were kind and welcoming. We especially appreciated the cheerful and helpful night receptionist, as well as the very efficient housekeeping team.

The facility is fantastic with a very helpful staff. Located not very far or near from the temples and ghats. Also shopping and eat out options are close by. The rooms are serviced daily and arrangements for local transportation are also managed very well. Highly recommend and thanks to the staff and owner for making our stay hassle free. Lunch and dinner food also tastes good. Variety of breakfast options.

Everything was amazing. We got 2 rooms and both rooms were amazingly big with 2 ac, neat and all facilities. Welcomed by traditional way and welcome drink. Excellent hospitality. And price - trust me you will never get anywhere with such facilities

Excellent hospitality. Polite, professional and courteous staff. Huge spacious rooms with all amenities, absolutely clean and comfortable. Location was in the heart of the city near to everything, can also get easy commute or transport to anywhere in the city. All possible shopping from upmarket to daily needs are available within 5-8 min distance. A quiet and peaceful park facing property in a residential neighbourhood. Exactly the kind of calm we needed after a long tiring day in a busy city like Varanasi. The breakfast platter was at par with any 4 star hotel. Couldn't have a better place to stay in Varanasi. Highly highly recommended !!

The location is central and hotel is in the prime area. Staff is cordial and helpful. Food is very good. The property has all suite rooms so it was very comfortable for 3 of us.
