Pros:

駅から近い

Cons:

治安が悪い。
1階のカフェ・バーが夜になると酔っ払いと喫煙者の溜まり場になっていた。
フロントも1階なのでとにかく臭い
ネットカフェみたいな独特な臭いがした。

チェックインは必要最低限の案内
部屋番号、鍵渡し、チェックアウトの時間のみ言われる。
ホテルの情報を調べた時に、シャンプー類の貸し出しは良いサービスだなと思って来たが別になにも教えてくれない。自分で読んで見つけて下さいって感じに思えた。勿体ない。

客室に内鍵がないので防犯面で不安になる。
部屋の中は男性の香水か整髪料みたいな臭いと
暖房の温かさで気持ち悪かった。
空気清浄機が欲しい。

浴室内は電気が黄色で薄暗いです
とにかく蛇口が使いにくいです。
今まで見た事がない蛇口でした
水の量が0か100。手を洗うだけでも水が飛び散る勢いで出ます、これが1番ストレスでした。
浴室はカビ臭いです
バスタブの排水溝も全然ダメです。
水量を考えながら使わないとトイレ側の排水溝から逆流します(鏡に注意書きがありました)
古い建物なので仕方ないですが、改善出来る部分があるのでは？


おじさんたちが泊まる良いと思いますが
女性には全くおすすめ出来ない宿でした。

繁華街なので治安が悪いのは理解してます
同じ価格帯の近隣のホテルも普段利用していますが全然比べ物になりません
安いから仕方ない　のレベルではなかったです。

ホテル側が紹介されている写真は綺麗に撮れていて参考にならないので、クチコミの写真を見た方が良いです。

チェックアウトの時間帯にいたフロントの女性は
感じが良くちゃんと接客されていました。
