I expected quality for its price...but it didn't happen
Pros:

The aircon was working well and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

They only provided 2 pillows. Usually, hotels would provide 4 for a queen-sized bed, specially if the pillow wasn't dense enough. The water had low pressure so showering takes more time than the usual. There were a lot of stains in the bathroom too that made me think that the water isn't filtered well. The showerhead had a lot of stains. I just think it's important to keep the the bathroom clean and sanitized because that is a standard. The bathroom determines if the customer would want to patronize the establishment or not, in this case, I might not come back. They do not have a toilet paper dispenser, something so basic, but not provided. They also just provided a bath towel. For its price, there should have been atleast 1 face towel and a hand towel. And the floor mat wasn't fresh. It was dirty. I hope you know that I'm being organic about my comment hoping that my honest review would help your service's improvement.

Cons:

I expected much but the room description was different from the actual room. I was disappointed by the way receptionists handled the situation.I think they took the situation very lightly.There was no elevator too and no one helped in bringing our things to our room.But I like the housekeeping staff who tried to explain and was nice to us.
