Hotel amplasat foarte aproape de Plaja Modern si Centrul Vechi. Curat, spatios, am putut lasa bagajele la receptie atat inainte de check-in, cat si dupa check-out.

The staff were very friendly. The room was spotless. Nice balcony with a great view. The bed was super comfy. The location was close to everything. Came with nice coffee and sugar with a kettle. Fast elevator.
Sehr schönes grosses Zimmer. Alle Angestellten äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück immer 1A, abwechslungsreich mit Spezialitäten. Der zur Verfügung gestellte Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel war super, da kann man sich nur bedanken. Würde sofort wieder kommen.

Un sejur minunat la Hotel Carol! Un hotel frumos, impecabil de curat, cu camere confortabile, un mic dejun excelent și servicii deosebite. Personalul a fost primitor și atent pe tot parcursul șederii noastre. Recomand cu încredere și voi reveni cu drag!

Good location near the beach and public bus stations to railway and mall.

This is not a 4 star hotel. The furniture is old, there are various things in the room that need repair (I tried to use the kettleboiler probided in the room and the power went out in the room, bathroom shower doors almost fall out, the A/C control on the wall kept falling off and was glued with tape, the mattress on the bed was old and deformed). The hotel needs some repair/renovation.
Also, I booked a king room but the room was very small and crowded with furniture, so I think it was actually a queen (smaller type) of room. Small bathroom with small shower as well.
The room was facing the cleaning staff's room and adjacent to hotel depositing room, so I was surrounded by cleaning stuff and hearing all conversation during staff breakes.

The breakfast was delicious, fresh food and nice selection of veggies and meats alike.
I loved the kindness of the hotel staff. We arrived much earlier and our room had been ready, so we were able to enjoy the room immediately.
It is the second time we stayed at Carol’s. We will certainly return.
Un sejur de vis! Un hotel unic pe litoral, ambianta si personalul, te fac sa te simti ca o printesa, din acele timpuri! La receptie gasesti oameni sociabili, gata in orice moment sa ti implineasca dorintele! Masa, sofisticata si servita intr un cadru de epoca!Camera, ingrijita, curata si mobilata in stilul Carol. Un hotel pe care nu il poti uita si unde vrei sa te intorci mereu! Intr un cuvant, fascinant! Multumesc tuturora si va recomand sa veniti la hotelul Carol!
