Good stay but the apartment feels significantly overpriced given the lack of amenities
Pros:

- Excellent location: close to both the beach and the center of Kaş
- Friendly staff; they even waited for us until 3 am for check-in after our flight was delayed
- Quiet and peaceful at night

Cons:

- The kitchen was equipped with only the bare essentials: a very cheap pan and no basic cooking items, plus no filter coffee machine
- Wi-Fi was mostly unstable or didn’t work at all
- Pillows were uncomfortable
- The TV wasn’t properly mounted and tilted downwards, making it practically unusable

I’d recommend either investing in some improvements or adjusting the price accordingly. Note that we stayed in two apartments and found this to be true for both of them.

Мы заселялись в районе 01.00 ночи. Нас заселили без проблем. Хозяин нам даже отправил видео,как пройти к нашему номеру. Аппартаменты очень чистые и уютные. Есть чайник, плита, вся необходимая посуда, стиральная машина, утюг. Был стиральный порошок и средство для мытья посуды, губки и т.д. В холодильнике вода на первое время. Мы жили на первом этаже. Был выход на улицу, со столиком и стульями.там красиво, растут лимоны и бананы. Сушилка для белья. До маленького пляжа недалеко, метров 300-400. Там можно покупаться. Обратно надо идти в гору(как и везде в Каше), но не очень крутую. До центра 5 мин. пешком. В пешей доступности супермаркет "Muhtar". Там есть все необходимое. Пляж "Халк" где-то в 2-х километрах. До него можно доехать с малого автовокзала на маршрутке. Ходят каждые 30мин, но это не точно). Выезд до 11.00. Но багаж можно оставить на ресепшене и пойти купаться и гулять, если трансфер у вас позже. Персонал приветливый и доброжелательный. Все улыбаются. По соотношению цена/качество аппартаменты на 10.

Не работала духовка, но для нас это не критично

Чистые, современные просторные апартаменты со всей необходимой техникой (стиральная машина, холодильник, плита, телевизор, кондиционер в каждой комнате) и мебелью. На кухне диван и обеденный стол со стульями, 2 балкона. Очень вежливый и внимательный персонал, в нас не работал фен, мы попросили и нам выдали новый. Также wi fi работал без нареканий. В первый день приезда было приятно найти в холодильнике по 2 бутылочки воды на человека, а также мыло и шампунь. А еще на телевизоре был YouTube и мы посмотрели много хороших фильмов. Спасибо!

Cons:

Это не относится к объекту размещения, учитывайте при поездке, что Каш это горный городок, многие улицы с большими наклонами и апартаменты расположены на возвышенности, придется подниматься в гору.

Découverte, plages
Pros:

Nous avons passé 10 nuits dans l’appartement et nous n’avons rien à dire !
Tout etait comme décris dans la description, très bonne localisation, chambre spacieuse, 2 balcon, 2 Clim, personel très réactive en cas de besoin.
L’appartement et à 5 minutes à pieds du centre ville, vous pouvez facilement visiter les différentes plages nicher dans Kas soit en voiture, soit en taxi, soit comme nous en bus!

Ça n’a rien avoir avec l’appartement mais plutôt avec Kas, il ne faut pas avoir peur de marcher beaucoup pour se rendre d un point à un autres, Kas est une charmente petite ville nichée entre montages et rocher du coup pas mal de pentes à gravir très agréable à visiter d’ailleurs je suis déjà nostalgique..

Great apartment for a quiet relaxed vacation
Pros:

Apartment is spacious and clean, we had our private patio (it actually opens right to the street but it didn't disturb us as the street is quiet), the best thing about this apartment is its location; far enough from the "night life" to be quiet and at the same time not too high to have to climb the steep hill

Cons:

Just a few tiny things: no iron in the room (not much necessary though), slow water drain in the shower, no oil for frying in the kitchen (while there are all the pots and salt and spices you might offer some oil also)

The studio apartment is on the ground floor with a walled patio and no view. Quiet and cool. The kitchenette is well appointed and the laundry machine is a bonus.

Pros:

The staff were fantastic and very kind. We had a late flight and they allowed us to keep our luggage in their office and shower before departing. The rooms were spacious and had all the facilities required

Cons:

My only recommendation would be to supply one clothes washing pod, but this was only because we struggled to find at the store
