اولا. احب اشكر موظفين الاستقبال جميعهم على حسن اسقبالهم واخص بالذكر الاستاذ محمد خفاجي على تعامله الراقي والمميز ،
موقع الفندق مميز وقريب من كل الخدمات المطلوبه ، مواقف للسيارات واسع وبعظها يوجد مظلات للسيارات

Cons:

اثناء دخولك للمصعد يوجد روايح غير مرغوب فيها لا اعلم مصدرها ولكن مؤذيه نوعاً ما . عدم الاهتمان في بعض حمامات الغرف بموضوع السباكه ، التلفزيون لا يوجد به قنوات واكثرها بدون صوت

I'm a regular customer in this hotel I don't have any general negative about it

Cons:

This stay was horrible... The maintenance noise was terrible and we couldn't sleep at all in addition that there was only one towel no toothbrush nor anything else that suppose to be in the hotel room.. I was disappointed this time
