Would book again!
Pros:

Good location like 10 minutes walk to the grand mosque and a few malls nearby. My room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Staff, including bellboys are very nice, ready to provide assistance whenever required.

للاسف تم ارسال رسالة للفندق ان وصولي مبكرا حسب موعد رحلة الطيران وقد افادوني انه متاح الدخول المبكر وعندما وصلت لم يدخلوني للغرفة وانتظرت 3 ساعات وبعدها جاء الموظف ان يدخلني مقابل قيمة مالية اضافية بخلاف سعر الحجز المحدد ولكن رفضت ذلك وبعد ساعة ادخلوني بالموعد المحدد ولكن الحمام كان يوجد حشرات وغير جيد

تعامل الموظفين السيء وخاصة موظفة الاستقبال المغربية آيه مزعجه ولا تحترم الضيف والفندق أساسا يبدو في منطقة تجمع سكارا
فندق لا ينفع للعائلات وفيه ترميمات عشوائية والاثاث قديم جدا واغلبه مكسر

Excellent stay, excellent staff and will come back

Everything was perfect, room 410 was good, the funny cat sport bar was very nice, staff there were friendly, such as Kawtar, the other girls...Reception very helpful, Aya, the bellboy shakir i guess and the room service Nepali guy also very good team you have making the place a real amazing stay and friendly place...Moroccan staff are bravo
