Pros:

View and location of the stay which is away from the city keeping us near to the clouds and nature

Book it for the view, but be prepared for delays and poor service.
Pros:

The location is the standout feature of this resort. The view is truly breathtaking, and we didn’t come across any other resort in Araku offering such a scenic setting.

The quality of the food was good when it was finally served.

Cons:

The service needs serious improvement. We had to ask multiple times and follow up with the reception just to get our meals.

The restaurant staff were not attentive, and it was frustrating to wait so long for basic service.

Pros:

Property looks good from outside. Pool and park are good

Cons:

High tariff but no corresponding service - no complimentary breakfast (they bring couple of breakfast items from outside unhygienically in boxes and buckets), no kettle, no view from room, high priced poorly made food

All in all the stay was very satisfactory

The location was very nice and amenities were good.

Cons:

The restaurant needs to have more variety in vegetarian dishes. It also needs variety in breakfast menu

Excellent location and facilities for activities but lacks in food quality.
Pros:

Excellent view from hotel. Swimming pool and other facilities good. Breakfast and Food needs major improvement. As it is outside habitat area, nothing available nearby. Hotel must consider to open a small shop for basic items/ encourage locals to open a shop nearby.

It’s located in very good location surrounded with hills all around

Cons:

They are not maintaining the property at all. So dirty all over and pool is also not working. Staff are lazy
