Pros:

I liked that there are available appliances such as the fan, air fryer, electric kettle, microwave and rice cooker. There are towels and complete dinnerware as well so you can cook your own food. It is affordable and clean. I love that they have breakfast options.

Cons:

None so far. Just a note for others it is really a typical home.

観光地にはないマニラの魅力を堪能できる
Pros:

ホストが優しく、毎日の朝食の美味しくリーズナブルだった。冷蔵庫や電子レンジ、ケトルなどが備わっている事で、過度な外食を避ける事ができる。また、周辺住人も優しい人が多く、明るい毎日が送れた。

Cons:

シャワーの水量が少なくお湯も出ないため、慣れる必要があった。

A very pleasant stay that exceeded my expectations 🩷
Pros:

As a first-time user of an Airbnb-type housing, here are the things I really liked!

• Self check-in and check-out, never had to see anyone hehe
• Really nice owner! Guided me well, made sure I was comfortable, and was lenient on my tardiness for check-in 🥹
• Clean sheets and linen, bed was very comfortable
• Nicely organized and decorated room
• So many facilities provided! Some that are not already listed here are: Airfryer, electric pot, rice cooker, dishes and utensils, dishwashing soap, BIG wardrobe, hanging rack, 2 big pillows and 2 small ones, etc
• Really cheap but tasty breakfast meals! Love that you can just pay through gcash, and they just leave it by your door on a chair at the specified delivery times 🥰 it's a paper plate with a plastic holder packaged inside a big tupperware!
• 5G fast and strong wifi yay!

Cons:

It was already really good ESPECIALLY for it's price, but... Just some nitpicks I had:

• No parking for a car even though it's listed here with free private parking. Only loading and unloading are allowed while the parking spot is only for motorcycles.
• It's on a tight one-way and dead-end road. A tiny bit hard to get through with a big car... but we managed!
• Only a day's worth of free shampoo and conditioner 😔
• Only 1 roll of tissue, and 1 pack of face tissue
• Only 8 hours of aircon allowed per day!! At least there's an electric fan though (but the philippine heat 😩)
• Weak water pressure for the bidet and especially the shower- The shower's faucet handle was made to be in a certain position that you can't turn it all the way 😢 (normal faucet is fine and has good pressure though, so you can just use the bucket and tabo)
• Mosquitos weirdly appear sometimes... but at least it's mostly rare
• No window or vents in the bathroom, so it gets quite humid and hot after a while
• No peephole or door chain lock, just the barrel bolt type of lock as well as a push button doorknob (It was pretty safe though, I'm just paranoid as a girl solo traveler 😅)


Overall, I still would rate it 10/10 because of how perfect everything else is! Like compared to lodgings of the same price... This is so much better and I'm thankful to have found it 🩷
