Pros:

A great B and B in a good location in Old Town Naples. Lovely rooms that are modern and new in a traditional Naples building and neighborhood walkable to most things in this part of Naples. Upbeat vibe to the neighborhood and Museo Suite is a comfortable option to stay. You walk into the old style building wondering what to expect and find a fantastic B and B that was created out of one floor of the building. You really feel at home here and experience Naples like a "local". We will return on our next trip. Staff were wonderful!

Cons:

Not really a minus but when receiving the after hours check in (entry) instructions It seemed confusing but when we arrived late and followed the instructions it was really easy.

Прекрасне розташування, це майже центр, дуже зручно добиратися до центрального вокзалу і також можна пішки прогулятися в центр. В 5 хвилинах від готелю знаходиться зупинка, яка входить в маршрут екскурсійного автобуса, що теж зручно. Поруч є супермаркет. Район нормальний, нестрашно. Чудовий персонал! Нас зустріла дуже привітна дівчина, завжди була рада допомогти. Для заселення були залишені дуже чіткі інструкції, все було зрозуміло.

I did not stay at Museo Suite due to its tough, shady location and the difficulty entering and exiting the There was no one to provide assistance.

Cons:

It was located in an undesirable, unsafe location. I would not have wanted to walk back to the room at night. It was very close to a safer, neighborhood but not close enough. The directions provided on how to enter the suite were complicated and did not work. I called the number provided for assistance. The person remotely let me in but seemed annoyed that she needed to provide assistance as she was not working.

Facilité d'accès et instructions tres simple. Petit déjeuner simple (italien) mais tres bon. Chambre joliment décoré et tres propre. Et surtout, Mariarca qui est tres gentille et vraiment disponible

Cons:

Il manque peut etre un volet pour la chambre coté rue car en été le soleil se lève tôt et la luminosité est gênante malgré un bon rideau occultant.

Amabilidad y ubicación.
Pros:

La amabilidad de Mariarca. Siempre dispuesta a agradar y dar buenos consejos. Está ubicado en el centro y puedes ir andando a todos los sitios. Habitación amplia y muy limpia. Un sitio para recomendar

Cons:

El portal y la entrada al edificio. Sé que es un tema de todos los vecinos pero se debería cuidar más.

Pros:

The property was lovely. We just stayed in Naples one night for an early morning flight but Mariarca was sooo incredible and helpful! She helped us organize a taxi for our early morning flight and just went above and beyond. The facilities were great and the property was very clean and cute.

Cons:

The area we were staying in was just outside of the main city center so it felt a little bit rough in the neighborhood. We didn’t feel comfortable walking back to the apartment at night.
