We didn't stay long enough to find out. There was some effort made with the decor and design, and the gated area (I guess for safety reasons). The lady who came to make the bed seemed kind.
*Clearer directions* to the villa would have been appreciated. We just got the address and the navi only directed us to the main road. The owner sent us a photo of the garage and that was it. We had to stop and ask some people whose house was on the main road, and they in turn had to ask others for directions. The accomm. was then only 1 1-minute drive away, but in a side street that went under a bridge filled with rubbish past a warehouse and at the end of a small road in a very sketchy area. (We were three women). At first glance, it looks ok, but a closer look it was not clean. There were stains on the couch, and the first plate we took out of the cupboard was dirty. *Poor Service* It looked like they weren't expecting visitors. The couch for the third person was not made up, although we booked for 3. When the owner came to make the couch into a bed the sheet was too small, and she was going to leave it like that, had we not asked for a sheet that actually covers the mattress. There were only towels for two people and exactly two coffee pads. There was no WIFI information or general information for suggestions for restaurants or how to get to Pompeii on foot, and the owner couldn't tell us, so we had to figure it out ourselves. Certainly not 137€ worth. In the end, we decided to leave again and did not stay the night in the flat.

La terrasse est très sympa, la place de parking et la cuisine équipée très utiles.
J’avais demandé deux lits séparés mais on s’est retrouvé avec un lit double (que nous avons ensuite séparé). L’eau chaude de la douche pas très stable
Ce serait appréciable de recevoir un texto le jour de notre arrivée afin de nous donner les codes du portail et du coffre à clef. L'introduction de la clef dans la serrure était compliquée. Gérer la présence de chats errants.
The host was very nice. Lovely clean place. Suitable for a couple of nights.Location is 20 minutes walk to ruins.
Location too far away from restaurants etc ..taxi driver outside station ripped us of charging 30 euros cash for 5 minute ride. If driving the place is hard to find.

Lit inconfortable, lattes de lit cassé à notre arrivée, invasion de fourmis dans le logement, l'eau à température instable, cabine de douche pas super bien nettoyer ( moisissure qui se décolle au coin de la cabine)
Skvělé místo, pěšky asi půl hodiny k branám Pompejí. Ubytovaní velmi příjemné, čisté. Kuchyňka menší, ale základní vybavení k dispozici. Posezení před vchodem, soukromí. Cesta na místo sice složitější, ale dostali jsme včas informace, kudy jet. Komunikace s majitelem skvělá, rychlá. Super.
The place is very beautiful and cozy, very clean, the room very big and clean and nice private parking for free.. And the cat the one always come is very cute and gave us a very warm welcome 🧡
Really quiet and out of the way location, good size apartment, clean.
Not really a criticism but there was a bit of a walk to get to the nearest shops and restaurants
Amazing, Giuseppe has hosting down to a science. We were only in Pompeii for a day and he really went out of his way to make it memorable. Accommodation is new and everything has been thought of. The location is a bit weird to get to but super central, highly recommend especially if you are visiting Pompeii by car!
My husband and I were in the single apartment and the beds were a bit lumpy due to the springs, though I think it’s more of a personal preference other than a complaint about the property as the resto of the apartment was immaculate and finished to the highest standards
