Tolle, ruhige Lage
Pros:

Ca 10 min mit dem Auto von Maribor-Zentrum, auf einer Anhöhe gelegen und mit tollem mit Blick über die Stadt. Herrlich ruhige Umgebung. Das Haus wirkt neu und modern, die Einrichtung ist chic und stilsicher.

Cons:

Leider ist es etwas hellhörig, das liegt aber auch an weiteren Gästen, die weniger umsichtig sind. Im Badezimmer hätten wir uns eine Ablagemöglichkeit gewünscht.

Bellissima esperienza a due passi da Maribor

Abbiamo soggiornato in una delle stanza con splendida vista su Maribor. Struttura ottimamente ristrutturata, colazione varia e di ottima qualità.

Buenas instalaciones y desayuno, pero demasiado alejado del centro
Pros:

La habitación es amplia, luminosa y está bien acondicionada, con grandes ventanales, aire acondicionado, baño moderno, toallas suficientes, amenities de aseo suficientes y wifi. Lo mejor del alojamiento son, sin duda, las vistas panorámicas sobre Maribor. Si te gustan los caballos y la hípica, es un lugar muy especial: el alojamiento está integrado junto a un centro ecuestre con numerosos caballos y actividad diaria. El desayuno fue una grata sorpresa: muy abundante y de buena calidad, con café o té, variedad de panes y mermeladas caseras y dos opciones a la carta, incluyendo huevos, pancakes, salchichas o yogur con fruta. El personal fue amable y el ambiente tranquilo.

Cons:

La ubicación fue nuestra principal decepción. Está muy lejos del centro, 15 minutos en coche. Resulta imprescindible utilizar el coche para visitar la ciudad y pagar parking cada vez. Tampoco ofrecen comidas ni cenas, así que hay que desplazarse para comer.

Además, el nombre puede llevar a pensar en una experiencia de “granja rural”, pero en realidad es principalmente un centro de hípica con una casa de huéspedes. No hay ascensor, las caballerizas están junto a las habitaciones y los caballos hacen bastante ruido a primera hora. El baño está reformado y es moderno, pero la ducha no tiene una buena inclinación y el agua acaba saliendo al resto del baño al ducharte. Cuando llegamos tampoco había nadie en recepción.

En nuestro caso, NO lo recomendaría para visitar Maribor durante uno o dos días si quieres estar cerca de la ciudad y moverte sin coche.

Posto bellissimo ma serve più attenzione
Pros:

Posizione in cima ad una collina con vista stupenda; camera bellissima; pulizia perfetta. Colazione buona, servita a tavola con due portate a scelta oltre a pane e marmellata. Relax e quiete di un maneggio con cavalli

Cons:

Siamo rimasti senza acqua corrente per una notte ed il tutto è sembrato al proprietario normale, peccato non avvisino che sia dovuto alle pompe dell’acqua in collina. Lo staff non fa alcuna accoglienza e si viene lasciati al caso in maniera grossolana: nota positiva check in due ore prima del previsto con spritz di benvenuto nell’attesa . Ci avevano detto che facevano la cena ma abbiamo scoperto che la cena erano solo due taglieri: siamo dovuti andare in città. La mattina alle 6.30 si viene svegliati dalle attività del maneggio

Traumhafte Lage, die Pferde stehen hier im Vordergrund, für alle Reitfans
Pros:

Sehr freundlich, Frühstück war a la carte aber mehr als ausreichend, man muss vor Ort angeben, wann man frühstücken kommt. Das ist im Urlaub manchmal etwas umspontan :)

der Spa Bereich war mit Extrakosten verbunden

Peace and quiet
Pros:

My choice when I am in transit thru Slovenia. Amazing breakfast with local products. Lovely location with nice views of Maribor and the surroundings.

Pros:

La chambre est très belle et confortable, se promener dans la ferme et admirer la vue sur Maribor et les alentours de vignes, le petit déjeuner excellent !

Cons:

Dommage qu'il n y ait personne à la réception à notre arrivée et jusqu au lendemain matin pour pouvoir avoir des infos sur toutes les activités proposées (yoga, cheval, spa) mais ils sont très réactifs par mail
