Decent but COMFY
Pros:

very spacious cleaner than most

Cons:

refrigerator didn’t work i don’t like that the room doesn’t come with microwave i feel the room need 3 sets of towels

Somewhat misleading; they need to change that they do not offer that same as the others Aloft hotels

Cons:

No restaurant as advertised, Only a bar. No complementary breakfast, just tea and coffee. Breakfast was offered at a cost only breakfast sandwiches, Valet parking area so tight. Rooftop karaoke was closed.

My stay was great ,I will stay at your property when I return.
Pros:

The room was great,a lot of attention to detail.The lights and mirrors,the dark window shades made the room look so much better .

Cons:

The parking could have been a lot better,I do like to park my own car because I am in and out of it a lot.

The room was nice and clean.

Cons:

We were locked out of our room for almost 2 hrs because I guess the door malfunctioned. Not enough towels in the room. We requested towels and never received them.

Pros:

This was my first time staying here, the staff was friendly and helpful. They always had a smile on their face. The hotel was beautifully decorated, the rooms were spacious and clean. I especially loved that they had a place for the kids to hang out and play games. I will definitely go back again.
