Pleasant and relaxing stay
Pros:

We particularly liked the location on the beach, the view, nearby access to several dining options, the spaciousness and quality of the accommodation.

Cons:

The only issue we had was the unavailability of onsite parking on the 4th of July holiday when we had to park a block away at high cost!

I love that it was at Hollywood Costa

Cons:

The arbnb was not clean. The sink was clogged and the shower was dirty and had black mold. I reached out to management about the blood on the sheets and how dirty the unit was,and they called me hours later. The service was horrible. This was a privately owned unit.

Cons:

The way they charge "resort fees" that were not in the booking description, the resort fees are nit even useful because it does not include the umbrella for the beach which is extra 20.

The cost was hidden and it increased a lot.

Pros:

The complementary yoga session offered by the resort was great. The location was perfect and we could enjoy the neighborhood without car. The apartment had a good size for the 4 of us to stay comfortably, the kitchen was new and the balcony lovely. We had a great stay!

Cons:

The sofa-bed in the living room was quite old. Additionally, there is constant noise in the room from the AC.

It was very clean and rooms were spacious

Cons:

I didn’t like that the hidden fees were not displayed more. We were forced to pay an extra £120 we went aware we were paying.

The first guest to arrive was also told by reception he had to pay for another room that we didn’t reserve and this caused a lot of discomfort within our party as we were in a budget. We also didn’t receive any apology from the hotel staff and I didn’t like this. It would be nice to receive something from booking.com as an apology for the big inconvenience
