L'emplacement est bien pour le coups. Proche des restaurants et de l'eau, appartement spacieux.

Cons:

Les lits simples comment dire...on peut sentir les ressorts , ça grince, ça fait du bruit. La déco des murs, Mouais bizzarement fait. J'attends encore le remboursement du dépôt de 100$ sur ma carte. Et les messages qu'on m'envoi pour laisser un commentaire 5 étoiles pour que la prochaine fois j'ai le droit à un discount... Sérieux

What i didn’t like was the way i was treated Management i reported the pool area was ridiculous when you you get out there’s nice padding around the pool but doesn’t extend far to get to your lounge chair it’s all wet Tile obviously i took my time grabbing chairs to hold onto then the last day i took an terrible fall smacked my head cut over my eye no staff anywhere Thank god for the 2 young fellows helped me up and got me to my chair, and got me an Ice Pack then as soon as i got back to Clearwater i went to Morton Plant Hospital where i got admitted for observation they did a CT Scan and if you would like pictures of my face it’s a mess . I checked out on wednesday March 4th would love to hear from Corporate not about trying to hurt the Hotel but i believe i should be heard out . Ty for your consideration and hopefully i’ll hear back.

Good location, good facility but overpriced

It was not up to my expectations of my past experiences at the property

The studio apartment that I stayed in this year had things broken. The bed was old and on the floor the mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. The removal of the valet service I think was a large mistake as we now get a lot of people off the street using the parking garage and there were times when I came in in the middle of the day and I was unable to find a parking spot because of the mass in put of cars of people that do not stay there. Also the change in the towel situation as it pertains to the pool seems to be tedious that you have to go to different locations just to get a towel for the pool area. The staff on the weekend that I checked into had no idea what they were doing. However, the staff during the week was courteous and professional. Hope this helps.

Extremely Disappointed.
Pros:

The location was great. Very walkable to the beach. The rooftop pool was very nice touch.

This was completely false advertising- I'm going to preface this by saying if I was booking an air bnb my rating would be extremely different. I was under the impression I was booking a hotel. When booking this hotel i filtered on hotel and this came up. First call out was when we checked in there was no Valet Parking although indicated on the site-we were told they stopped doing it a month ago even though we called and confirmed. Then as checking in we find out that this was a 'host' apartment...so it wasn't a hotel. If I wanted an air bnb I would have booked through there. The room looked nothing like the photos more so a dorm. We called booking to air our grievances and received no update from the location. We decided we would just continue our trip and not be out more money by leaving and booking elsewhere. We realized there is no house keeping our whole stay...so not sure what the additional cleaning fee was we paid for, and I asked for extra towels and was told we are given what we would need for the time we're there. After back and forth we were given two more towels.

Be aware- this is not a hotel. You will be charged additional fees that no one really tells you about and you're going to understand they're included in the price. When contacting the property management company about the fees they were zero help and she couldn't wait to get off the phone.

Great Place Close to The Beautiful Beach, Shopping and Restaurants
Pros:

The location was amazingly close to the beach.
The condo was very nice, plenty of space. The pool area and hot tub were very nice.
The main bedroom was amazing and the bed was very comfortable.
Proximity to the Broadwalk was excellent, close to shops and restaurants.
Friendly staff.

Cons:

We didn’t realize that we rented from an independent party. There were no extra towels available and the front desk suggested we contact the host which we had no idea who they were.
So new towels were unavailable- not great considering the total cost of renting this place.
The telephone was for show
It did not plug into anything, the fitting was a hole in the wall.
The twin beds were uncomfortable and squeaky as per my daughters.

Location, clean and size.

Cons:

Resort Fees weren’t transparent you couldn’t check in until 4 then had to be out by 9 so we got charge and weren’t even able to use them they should be optional fee. Plus parking was outrageous to be close to property had to walk 15 min away to not pay 50$ a day just to park.
