Pleasant and clean
Pros:

Clean room, close to downtown and park, helpfull staff. Parking in front of hotel.

Cons:

Hotel is fine, but streets around it are not clean and definitely not inviting. Having a coffee machine in the room would be an asset.

Pros:

The Manager/Owner was an exceptional host. All the staff were amazing and friendly.
Location and quality was great and there were good restaurants close by.

Cons:

Couldn't adjust the room heating otherwise everything else was great.
