I selected the property as it was offering pay at the property option. But they called in the morning itself asking money ans I was not able to to pay at that moment and they rejected my checkin
Unmanned reception
The bed was very crampy and not at all comfortable.
There were no bedsheets provided.
The staff was friendly, near the carnival office and value for the money .
The place is great. Clean bedrooms and helpful staff. The location is also very near to the InfoPark Kochi, great for work related purposes. Overall, I would recommend to anyone.
The Location of the Room was good.
It is a three-floor housing with no lifts.
When there is a power issue, it is not maintained with any backup generator. The AC did not work for 2 nights.
I stayed for 5 days, but the housekeeping never came for even a day to clean the room
Clean
Old and Dated rooms, noisy all night due to proximity to road, corridor lights coming into the room all night, beds are poor quality, springs poke into your body..very uncomfortable. No water or complimentary items, only one soap and towel . Overall not worth the price. Neighbouring places have much better amenities for same price.
