Meget sur receptionist. Ikke imødekommende. Vi blev ikke taget godt imod. Stod med en syg baby og meget bagage, men blev ikke hjulpet overhovedet til elevatoren.
Ikk særlig god morgenmad og her var personalet heller ikke særlige imødekommende.

During my stay at Avari Hotel, Mr. Tai, Mr. Duy, Mrs. Lan, Mrs. Như, and Ms. Như provided warm, thoughtful, and attentive service.
Their kindness and genuine smiles made my stay much more comfortable and pleasant.
The food was delicious, and the hotel felt very clean, well-organized, and well maintained.
I was also very satisfied with the shower and sauna facilities. they were comfortable and relaxing.
Thank you to the wonderful team for creating such a welcoming experience. I truly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return.

The staff here were all amazing! Good breakfast. Comfy rooms. Stayed here twice. Great facilities. Excellent value for money. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Nha Trang.Don't bother reading anymore reviews just book it!

Le personnel de la réception était très sympa et parler très bien anglais, la litterie était top, la salle de bain également.
Le petit dej était bien. Salle de sport petite mais efficace .

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas eu la chambre demander, surement par rapport au réductions genius sur booking ... ainsi que les offres 2026 .. aucune vue.
De plus sur l'annonce il y a bien préciser que les chambres sont insonorisées... hors pas du tout !

Pros:

Location in walking distance to main Nha Trang district. There are lots of restaurants in the area of the hotel.

We were upgraded on check-in to a bedroom with a Juilette balcony, a stylish room. The room was cleaned every day. The bed was very comfortable.

The gym facilities are adequate, and the pool is of a good size.

The breakfast was varied and tasty.

The staff are helpful and friendly.

Overall, this is an excellent hotel.

We were always greeted by a big smile in the lobby the wonderful Vy. She was always happy to chat and help us in any way
Pros:

The Sauna and pool were extremely clean and presentable. I had an excellent view from my room. The breakfast was minimal but enough.
