Decent stay if you are lucky with a cleaned room.
Pros:

The hotel is decently sized. The location is a bit more outside the city but still good and easy to reach. Room sizes were decent. And breakfast selection was good as well. Receptionist are friendly.

Cons:

Cleanliness could have been better from the start. The room was quite sandy when we checked in and there was remaining cleaning cloth hanging in the shower and some trash was still in the bathroom and we only had one toilet paper role which was not enough for the family room. So we had to check with the receptionist for proper cleaning several times before it actually happened since they didn’t want to change rooms for us.

All in all, this is a pretty nice place to choose from.
Pros:

Clean, new, nice location, parking places, the first breakfast was excellent, built-in air conditioning, soundproofed from other rooms, competitive price.

Cons:

1. The sauna was out of order all the days and it wasn't mentioned on the page of booking.com and even nobody told us about it on check in although we asked regarding sauna's schedule.
2. The swiming pool is located on the roof (20-th floor) and it's covered by the roof. It was so windy and cold there all the time, so we couldn't use.
3. Cocks started singing at 2 a.m., so if you live on the lower floors and your windows overlook the former airfield, get ready to hear very loud crowing songs all the night and the morning.
4. Our last breakfast was rather poor especially comparing to the first one. Many kind of meals had been ended by 8:30-9 a.m. and no one was filling the dishes up again, so the choice was somewhat sparse
