Great location
Pros:

Great location, bus trips that go from York st are picked across the road so very handy. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

The reception guy that checked us in was not very friendly, I also had to tell the same man the steam machine wasn't working and said he'd send an iron and board up and it never came. The room was very small and freezing so had to turn airconditioning unit off. Other people said the same.

Pros:

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Great, central location. Very clean and well kept. Cool and unique style to the hotel. The food and drinks at the hotel restaurant/coffee shop were very good.

Cons:

The room was a little small for the price, but this did not significantly impact our experience.

This is the place to stay when visiting Toronto, great location and reasonable price accommodation.
Pros:

Excellent location with a good restaurant as well. Easy walk to all local attractions.

Great place to stay before or after a train journey to/from Toronto
Pros:

Check in was smooth, room was clean and quiet, climate control worked well, reading lights on both sides of the bed (!), great shower, very comfortable bed, location near Union Station was perfect.

Cons:

Not enough coffee provided in the room although they were happy to provide it when we asked both the front desk and the housekeeper. The coffee itself was good although very difficult and messy to use, with a fiddly little cup-sized cone filter for each fresh cup. Otherwise, all was great.

Pros:

Location: amazing, 10/10. Short walk to Union Station. And convinent to get to Rogers Centre and Scotiabank Arena. Certainly appreciated the convenience of walking back to the hotel after the games!

Room: clean, cute decor, comfortable. Staff cleaned daily. Nice shower pressure.

Hotel staff were nice and hekpful.
