Pros:

The location is fantastic and the hotel was really clean. The lobby was a nice place to sit. The room was very small but efficiently laid out and had everything we could want. The staff were all very friendly and nice. We would definitely come back!

Great location, great staff, comfy rooms
Pros:

Staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. It’s a great location, comfortable beds and cute decor.

Good for the amount of time we spent in the room.
Pros:

Great location , great staff.

Cons:

Pillows too soft, loud heavy doors on the rooms. Could hear the other people in the rooms next door walking around and talking Room not dark enough as the curtains are only decorative.

Was so surprised at how great this hotel was.
Pros:

Great location to be able to walk to the Royal Alexandra Theatre. We had no problem finding underground parking close by.
The lobby was fabulous - so cute. Loved our room. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Cons:

The bathroom sink could have been a bit bigger but it really wasn't a big deal.

Pros:

Location was great for a brief trip to Toronto, especially coming in on the train. Rooms are small but very modern and clean, and for the location I think it’s a good value.

Cons:

You can hear things from the hallway when you’re in your room, it’s not too bad but worth being aware of if you’re a light sleeper.

Zentrale Lage im Herzen Torontos
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind eher klein, aber reichen für eine Einzelperson aus. Vom Union Hotel kommt man sehr schnell an alle Orte und ist nur 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt.
