Better than I expected, I'm really satisfied.
Pros:

The location was better than expected. There are many bus options available, and the subway station is less than 300 meters away. Karaoke rooms, game centers, restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores are all within walking distance.
The Han River is also nearby, which is a plus for runners and anyone who enjoys walking. Lotte World and Seokchon Lake are about 10 minutes away by bus. Gangnam and COEX Mall are also close.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay more than I expected.

Cons:

For light sleepers or those sensitive to light: although the curtains block sunlight very well, the AC light and screen can still be disruptive, so it’s best to bring a sleep mask. You may also hear some noise from the street and the subway. It didn’t bother me, but it’s worth keeping in mind, bringing earplugs is a good idea.

There was a leak in the bathroom too. It looked like water was coming from the bathroom upstairs through a tube.

Pros:

location is very convenient as it is just 5 mins walking away from the subway. The surrounding area is very lively and commercial with many choices of food. Room facilities are old and not elegant. Overall, it is an cost-effective choice if you don't really care about comfortableness.

친절했음

Cons:

부킹닷컴을 통하면 주차비 따로 받는다고 하고
18시 입실한다고 적어놨는데 금요일은 정책이 19시입실이라고 도착하니 말을 하더군요
사전 공지사항을 하나도 말해주지 않고 당신네 회사를 통하면 불이익이 많다고 하니 부킹닷컴도 이용하지 않을 생각입니다

Pros:

Очень хороший отель, рекомендую. Спасибо персоналу, всегда помогут, всё необходимое есть, включая воду, кофе, лёд, посуду. Вокруг много очень кафе, ресторанов, до рынка 5 минут пешком
