10 Minuten Fussweg ins Zentrum war ok. Frühstück ging so. Es gab Spiegelei, aber kein Rührei. ?????

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, würden wieder kommen :)
Pros:

Die moderne Einrichtung, sowohl die Zimmer als auch das gesamte Haus. Die extreme Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung des Zimmers, es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Cons:

Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind gut und komfortabel, aber teuer.

Pros:

Gute Lage, Zimmer okay, aber keinerlei Ablage oder Schrank. Man lebt aus dem Koffer. Für eine Nacht okay, aber eine Woche möchte ich so nicht wohnen.

Cons:

Kein Zimmerservice am Samstag!
Das Frühstück war sehr einfach gehalten (nicht einmal Rührei oder Spiegelei).
Das Servicepersonal war sehr nett, aber manchmal übereifrig. Einmal nicht aufgepasst, war das Geschirr verschwunden, egal ob Tasse mit Kaffee oder Glas mit Wasser. Alleine zu frühstücken ist nicht möglich – ständig wird alles abgeräumt.

Nice, minor inconveniences
Pros:

The staff was nice. The room was clean and comfortable, not so small. There was complimentary water.

Cons:

We didn't like the door inside, connecting our and neighbor's room. Not safe. Actually when we arrived, it was open on our side.
And, well, yes, the door to the bathroom always closes, if you leave it open, and with noise.
