Tolle Lage, neues Hotel. Für ein Stadthotel entsprechende Ausstattung

Cons:

Ohne Ankündigung war das Restaurant für eine Woche geschlossen. Eigentlich wollten wir uns den Weg nach draußen bei 38 Grad sparen. Das ist das einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben.

Völlig überzogene Preisgestaltunh, vom 19,6. auf den 20.6. wurden ohne Erklärung 401,62 berechnet!!!

Das Zimmer war eine einzige Enttäuschung!
Kein Schrank, keine Ablagemöglichkeiten, wir haben mit unserem Gepäck wie in der Jugendherberge gehaust.
Hat der Architekt schon einmal mit seiner Begleitung in diesem Hotel mehrere Nächte verbracht und in anspruchsvoller Kleidung ein Konzert oder ähnliches besucht? Keine Chance Abendkleid und Smoking unterzbringen!
Im Bad die Dusche war exzellent! Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kosmetika und Rasierutensilien...weit gefehlt!

Konzepte sind klasse - wenn man sie denn vorstellt/erläutert - sonst ein gutes Hotel
Pros:

Schönes Hotel, gut gelegen, wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Hof - zur Hauptstraße wäre es wohl wesentlich lauter gewesen. Zimmerausstattung gut, für einen Kurzaufenthalt absolut zu empfehlen

Cons:

Überall wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass das Hotel am Pilotprojekt für ein "neues Frühstückskonzept" teilnimmt - was dieses Konzept beinhaltet wurde leider nirgendwo erläutert - Spiegeleier/Rühreier gab es nur auf Nachfrage (aber darauf wurde nirgendwo hingewiesen - oder lautet das Konzept "Finde die Eier"?) - Frühstück war in unserem Zimmerpreis enthalten, hätte sonst pro Person 22.- Euro kosten sollen - und die wäre es nicht wert gewesen :-(

Late checkout wird angeboten aber Karten werden nicht automatisch programmiert. Man steht also ggf. vor verschlossener Tür. ...
Ich hatte vorher mitgeteilt, dass eine Person Gehbehinderung hat und GdB von 100 bei beiden vorliegt. Wir haben das Zimmer am Ende des Ganges! bekommen.

Fabelhaftes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit hohem Komfort.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war fabelhaft, sehr lecker und große Auswahl. Alles war frisch zubereitet. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel, man fühlt sich sofort wohl.
