Perfect for what we needed at the price we wanted to pay
Pros:

Really spacious, clean and perfect for a small family getaway. The wi-fi worked well and there was a kitchen with sufficient amenities to self-cater too.

Cons:

It's situated on a main road, like most places in London, so expect road noise.

Everything. They cancelled my booking just as I was getting on my train to London. I had no plan B. Thanks to booking.com, they found me alternative accommodation at very short notice.

Excellent location. Very well maintained facilities. Perfectly clean, high quality equipment and accessories.
Very secure and peaceful place to stay.

Away from Home in gemütlichem Hotel
Pros:

Wir waren drei Wochen dort. Das Zimmer war sehr gut geheizt und man fühlte sich wohl. Man befand sich im Zentrum von Golders Green. Auch der Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist Gold wert wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Auch die Stube mit Küchenzeile war gemütlich.

Cons:

Das Bett war mit 1.30 m recht klein für zwei Personen. Auch der Schrank war sehr klein und man musste aus dem Koffer leben. Wir waren erstaunt, dass in diesem Haus welches sich Hotel nennt keine Ersatzwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt wurde und es keine Reinigung gab. Auf Verlangen bekamen wir Bett und Frotteewäsche. Das Bett bezogen wir dann alleine. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt sollte der Wäschewechsel geregelt sein. Um die Wohnung zu reinigen mussten wir einen Besen verlangen (infolge Bodenheizung gab es viel Staub). Leider wurde der Besen wieder mitgenommen und wir mussten dann wieder einen anfordern. Wir hätten auch gerne Putzmittel für das Bad und WC gehabt (mit Toilettenpapier den gröbsten Staub und Schmutz entfernt. Kurzum das Sauberhalten des Appartement war recht umständlich.
Es ist klar, dass bei Kurzaufenthalten von einigen Tagen, dies kein Problem darstellt.
