Pros:

The bed and pillow is comfy. The service is tip top when the guard carry the umbrella to fetch the guest from the car to the lobby. The complimentary snacks & drinks, aristo coffee machine, the welcome drinks in the lobby and the breakfast was exceeded our expectation.

Cons:

The table lamp is too bright that causing the eyes were tired.

Didn't expect such a small town could have hotel with new, clean rooms and service that is on-par/exceed those in KL! Keep up the good work!

Cons:

Sound proofing could be better for rooms near the stairs/lift and facing main road, car travelling louds.

The hotel is great. Only issue sounds proof is poor n quite noisy as the hotel facing main road, car travelling louds. Further, nxt room movement affected me when in sleep
