收拾房间的员工不应该跟客人挤进一架狭窄的电梯，员工应该让客人先离开

Didn't expect such a small town could have hotel with new, clean rooms and service that is on-par/exceed those in KL! Keep up the good work!

Cons:

Sound proofing could be better for rooms near the stairs/lift and facing main road, car travelling louds.

Pros:

The hotel is great. Only issue sounds proof is poor n quite noisy as the hotel facing main road, car travelling louds. Further, nxt room movement affected me when in sleep

Well Enjoy in Batu Pahat.
Pros:

Good.love it. Will come again. The best so far in batu pahat.

Cons:

Maybe lack of parking? Not sure. So far so good for me.

Maybe can come package with breakfast set.

Have a wonderful stay.
Pros:

Clean, convenient, good vibes and friendly staff.

Cons:

Happened to stay in one of the connecting room which was very noisy. No sound proof.

Pros:

The staff provided excellent service, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was very good, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast selection was also quite good.

Cons:

The only drawback of the room was that the bathroom door could be closed but could not be locked. If the breakfast offered a wider variety of choices, it would be perfect.

Great hotel with great services.
Pros:

There were complimentary snacks and drinks in the room and lobby for hotel guests. Great for family with young children.

Cons:

There bathroom door is just a sliding door without lock. In the shower area, the water tend to splash into the bathroom floor and risks of slippage.
