La posizione è stata la miglior cosa poiché vicino al centro; hanno acetato il mio cane senza chiedere suplemento; la ragazza che ci ha ricevuto era gentile e disponibile.

Purtroppo, non siamo stati informati che la struttura è in ristrutturazione e per questo motivo, il parcheggio privato non era disponibile (la macchina è rimasta fuori per strada), il ristorante chiuso e colazione sospesa sempre per lo stesso motivo. Ci hanno detto che potevamo fare colazione al bar più vicino come una cortesia per l'inconveniente, lì ci hanno offerto solo il caffè. La camera molto piccola e scomoda e ancora peggio, piena di polvere, non sembrava di essere stata pulita da poco. Penso sia stata una sfortuna nostra, l'hotel sembra buono però in questo momento dovrebbe essere chiuso e non funzionante con il servizio scarso...peccato!

A great hotel in the perfect location
Pros:

We had a room with a view of the lake, which was breath taking, such an amazing location! The staff were fantastic and happy to assist with anything we needed. The room was clean and larger than expected, which was great, and the village of Barcis is just beautiful. The hotel is in a great location where it's an easy walk to local bars and eateries, or easy to take a leisurely stroll along the lakeside.

Cons:

We needed some extra pillows, and the kettle didn't work, but the staff were great and attended to our requests right away, even though it was late in the evening when we arrived. Also the room card didn't work properly at first and the power in the room kept going off, but once we alerted the staff they gave us a replacement card which worked perfectly.

Hotel accogliente, con camere pulite e silenziose, in ottima posizione, affacciato sul lago e nel centro del piccolo borgo. Colazione abbondante a buffet, possibilità di cenare al ristorante con buoni piatti locali.

Cons:

Non tutti i piatti del ristorante hanno la stessa qualità (alcuni sono veramente buoni, altri andrebbero rivisti). Prezzo un po' alto.
