Clean and good value for money
Pros:

Clean and simple room to meet all you basic needs. Close to metro and Kyoto station.
Good value for money

Cons:

A small place where you possibly don’t stay for a longer period since there are no relax/resto/café area in the hotel. I stayed only for one day/night in Kyoto and for that it was good.
Lobby is very small and not manned all the time.

Pros:

Room was clean, beds were comfortable and room wasn’t so small, as in some hotels in Japan. We are happy with our stay, as location also was good, near stores and about 25 minutes to castle and Nischiki Market. Many good restaurants on small streets around. Check in was smooth and we are happy with help of hotel staff, thank you N for your help!

Cons:

Courtains could have been thicker to block the light in order to get better sleep, apart from this everything is good.

So close to public transport and walking distance from Train station. Close to supermarket and combini , very clean , good size for shower.

スタッフの遠慮がちな笑顔良かった。
Pros:

部屋の大きさもちょうど良くトイレと浴室もユニットと違ってちょうど良いおおきさでした。一番はロケーションの良さと価格。

テレビがカードが入っていないのか見れない事とエアコンが小さな異常音。

部屋に休みに帰る分には満足な部屋だった
Pros:

立地がよく、動きやすい。

Cons:

入室後何処からか水の滴る音がしてきになったが、ほとんど部屋にいないので、さほど問題はなかった。
枕の高さが合わず寝にくかったのでもう一種類あって選べるとよいかと思った。

Very nice would stay again!
Pros:

Really nice rooms and facilities and location was good rooms where clean and had comfortable beds.
Friendly staff.

Cons:

Could be better cleaned in walkways to rooms and the washing machine room could been cleaner.
