A small, family run hotel with a lot of love into it
Pros:

Small, family run hotel. Owners clearly put a lot of work and love into it. Rooms are large enough and well decorated. AC works fine. Location is very good, being close to the historical centre of Bukhara. Everything is within walking distance. Breakfast is OK (filtered coffee available). Laundry service available. The owner/manager a very kind person.

Cons:

Beds are hard as is the rule in Uzbekistan. The owner provided a solution though (5 duvets on top!), so I cannot really fault them. Very attentive people.

Beautiful room
Pros:

We had such a beautiful room, decorated with intricate and elegant walls, felt very lucky!
Thank you for that!
The rest of hotel is also nice, with a indoor and rooftop terrace.
The staff is kind, we spoke to the lady who is the owner I guess? Very friendly and explained a lot about Buchara.
Internet is stable and it’s in the centre of town.
Would return!

Cons:

One major thing, that went stressful, was the check-out. We thought we had already paid for the stay through Booking, but apparently you need to do it in person at the lobby.

The boy told us that at the very last moment, while our taxi to our train was waiting.
We had to hassle with the money and transfer bank accounts what was very time consuming.
Would have loved to just pay it at the check in instead of stressing last minute

Une petite guest house propre et parfaitement placée
Pros:

Cette petite guest house est parfaitement placée dans Khiva, près de la vieille ville et de la place où les enfants jouent au foot le soir. Tout se fait à pied. C’est agréable d’être au cœur de la vieille ville tout en étant au calme. Toute la guest house est extrêmement propre et c’est également le cas pour la chambre qui est nickel, fonctionnelle, avec un lit de qualité. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et change selon les jours. Le personnel est sobre mais très précautionneux et aidant. Nous recommandons ce lieu à 100%.

Pros:

La struttura al suo interno è eccezionale, addetti reception molto molto disponibili, ci hanno concesso late check out senza problemi.

Cons:

Purtroppo entrata da su in vicolo che era peraltro in piena zona cantiere. Ma tutto raggiungibile facilmente a piedi

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay here. The owner was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and I really enjoyed chatting with her. She was generous in sharing information about the Bukhara, while also being genuinely curious about her guests and their countries. Her warm and personal hospitality made me feel very welcome throughout my stay.

The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely traditional feel. The location was excellent — right in the Old Town, making it very convenient to explore the main sights and attractions on foot. It was lovely to step outside and immediately be surrounded by the atmosphere and charm of Bukhara’s historic centre.

Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Bukhara.

Heel aangenaam
Pros:

Heel fijn, schoon en prachtig ingericht hotel. Goede bedden, goede airco en een goed ontbijt. De gastvrouw is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hadden een heel fijn verblijf. De locatie ligt niet midden in de toeristische stad maar grenst er vrijwel direct aan. Daardoor verblijf je op een rustige plaats op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden.
