Emplacement idéal pour visiter Boukhara.
L'accueil est très sympa, attentionné. Aziz et son collègue parlent anglais et sont chaleureux et de bon conseil. La déco de la chambre est extraordinaire (vue sur la Medersa) et les communs (salle du petit-déjeuner, patio et roof top) sont très agréables.
Un des meilleurs hôtels ou j'ai séjourné au cours de mes voyages.

Posizione perfetta, a 100 metri dalla bella piazza principale della città, dove la sera ci sono diversi ristoranti. L'hotel è gestito in modo famigliare e tutti, ma proprio tutti, si sono dimostrati simpatici e disponibili. I letti della stanza 205 sono eccezionali, belli rigidi come piace a me. Anche i cuscini erano ottimi, in quanto non troppo alti. La colazione è abbondante e varia. L'ultimo giorno mi hanno permesso di fare un late check-out senza addebitarmi nulla. Internet veloce e stabile. La stanza aveva dimensioni perfette. Non ho usato l'aria condizionata, in quanto si stava benissimo anche senza. La stanza era al secondo piano senza ascensore ma il personale dell'hotel si è immediatamente prodigato (anche se io non lo avevo chiesto) a portarmi su la valigia pesante. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura.

The hotel has a good location, and the rooms are clean and cozy. However, the rooms are a bit small for three people. The breakfast could be improved with more freshly prepared items – eggs, pancakes, and more fruit. The hot water is not very hot in the morning; I’m not sure if it’s the same during the rest of the day. For people who prefer to shower with hotter water, the temperature may not be comfortable.

Great stay overall. The location is excellent, the room was lovely, and it was nice and quiet at night. The service was very good - the team was helpful and even arranged a taxi for us to Khiva, which made things very easy.
There is some construction nearby, which slightly affects the surroundings, and with the rain during my stay it got a bit muddy on the way in. That said, this didn’t take away from the comfort of the stay itself. All in all, a very good experience.

Great location and very friendly and attentive staff. We highly recommend Aziz as a tour guide. He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and interesting.

The location is excellent—right next to the old town, yet outside it, offering a glimpse into local daily life. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially the women.

Sans parler du petit déjeuner délicieux chaque matin.

Eine wunderschöne in traditionellen Still gebaute Unterkunft. Alles komplett neu und extrem sauber.

Very responsibe team, was able to check us in very early in the morning and help us to organise transport to the train station early in the morning despite all the road closures. The breakfast is really nice, they have proper filter coffee with coffee beans, hot milk, and everything you may need. Thank you for a great stay!

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel in Bukhara and genuinely didn’t want to leave.
From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The owner went above and beyond at every opportunity — nothing was too much trouble, and it felt so personal and welcoming. As a solo traveller, that made a huge difference and I felt completely looked after the entire time.

The location is perfect — close enough to all the main sights to walk easily, but tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and calm. After busy days exploring, it was such a lovely place to come back to.

The room itself was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had everything I needed. It struck that ideal balance of traditional charm with modern comfort. The decor with the painted murals was lovely. I also felt very safe here, which was really important to me travelling alone.

Breakfast was another highlight — fresh, generous, and a great way to start the day before heading out to explore Bukhara.

What really sets this place apart though is the kindness and attentiveness of the owner. On my departure day, he personally made sure I got to the station despite road closures in the city, even moving his car and helping with my bags. It’s that level of care you just don’t forget.
If you’re visiting Bukhara, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here. It’s not just a hotel, it’s a genuinely warm and memorable experience.

Breakfast was great, staff v friendly and helpful. Laundry was cheap to get done. But best of all was Mirza the cat!
