Perfect location, extremely cute and lovely decor!
Pros:

The location is ideal, literally a 2 min walk to the Main Street in Franshoek with its lovely shops and restaurants. The decor is a lovely French/British colonial style with some lovely antique touches, the house is quiet and has a veranda, plunge pool and brai area as well as kitchen/lounge available for all to use. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay again!

Cons:

Das Belmont mag früher schön gewesen sein, wir fanden es enttäuschend. Kein persönlicher Kontakt. Das Zimmer, das wir hatten, fast keine Aussicht. Der an und für sich schöne Salon war zu einem Ablageraum mit Wäsche usw. umfunktioniert. Der Pool an und für sich schön, aber zwei Liegen für den gesamten Pool macht wenig Sinn.

Beautiful hotel in a great location
Pros:

the house is beautiful and the rooms are stylish. the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms big and nicely decorated. the owners are very quick to respond and their staff is amazing. would definitely stay again!

Pros:

The location of the property is EXCELLENT it is in close proximity to the main street which has fabulous shopping, restaurants, cafes and general stores
The bedrooms and bathroom are spacious and beautifully decorated with large comfy beds, a coffee station and the best linens and towels. There is also a lovely pool area which is private and quiet and very necessary when it gets hot.
And Franschoek gets hot.

Cons:

Gorgeous linen but I personally am not a fan of the large pillows on the beds, but that is just my personal opinion.
Otherwise it is a great place to stay
