Great customer service - as always!
Pros:

They switched my room to one with a balcony as they knew from my previous stays that’s what I like - great customer service!

Cons:

Still advertising rooftop pool which is not available

Hôtel idéalement situé, chambres très propres et spacieuses. Pour le prix à Phnom Penh c'est une vraie petite perle.

Go to another hotel where they appreciate the Customer not the dollar.
Pros:

Location is very good

Cons:

I booked for 2 nights. I change for 4 nights, but then I have to change for 3 nights.
I ask about refund for one night and they tell me blah blah blah blah blah blah blah.
I think this is very unprofessional.
There is 1000 place to stay in Phnom Penh, I will never return here.
Because they focus on the dollar before the Customer,
If they give me refund, I will give the refund to the staff for tip.
I do not need the refund, but this show me the character of the management.

I will be happy never to return to this place
