Pros:

Perfect location. Beach is hardly 250 meters. You can see the view of Beach from terrace. Value of money 100 percent. Owner and staff also helpful.

Nice but very basic and a bit remote
Pros:

The staff were friendly and although there was no kitchen on site were willing to arrange South Indian breakfasts (at an extra charge), although I didn't take them up on the offer. The room was super-basic but the photos were realistic and didn't over-promise, so I knew what to expect and the bathroom was large and clean.

Cons:

There was nowhere to hang clothes. And nowhere to eat in the neighbourhood.
